Breezes été sur le lac

Magnifique maison de 5 chambres sur Conesus Lake. Belle vue sur le côté de coucher de soleil sur le lac avec des brises de l'après-midi. Regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse extérieure. Mises à jour sont continuelles dans toute la maison. Salle de bain principale est totalement remodelé.
Chaque chambre a un thème, classique, sud-ouest, osier blanc, sports, poissons. Cette maison est mis en place pour votre plaisir de vacances. Quai, plateforme de bain, pédalo, 3 kayaks, gilets de sauvetage. Apportez vos propres pôles de pêche pour la pêche. Une table de baby-foot est à l'intérieur pour garder les enfants occupés sur un jour de pluie.

Si vous avez des enfants, centre de divertissement Minnehans est une promenade de 10 minutes de distance avec un restaurant, des karts, des cages de frappeurs, et mini-golf. Un cinéma drive-in local est à seulement 15 minutes.

Pour manger, il y a le crochet et la cuillère et le Beachcomber sur le lac, puis le restaurant Ember à Livonia avec une excellente nourriture à la ferme. Profitez d'une journée de dégustation de vins dans les lacs Finger et profitez d'un dîner frais au bord du lac ou local après.

Wonderful stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s property. The house was perfect for our needs and the lake was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean and well appointed would definitely rent again.

Great cottage by the lake

The cottage is well kept. We used the kayaks and the fire pit. The kids loved the cottage. Tim was very responsive.

Beautiful house.

The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. Loved the extras- all bathroom and beach towels, all bedding, laundry soap, dish soap, games, listing of activities and places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great Views, Plenty of Space

There is so much to love about the lake house. It's spacious enough for 3 families with children, beautiful views of the lake, fully stocked with essentials, and very nice rooms. We would definitely stay again. My only negative comment is that being asked to mop, vacuum, wash, dry, fold everything, clean all surfaces etc. Its a lot to ask to leave the house the way I found it and check out by 10am.

Nice place and neighborhood, but ???

Nice area. Place is clean. Just didn't cared for doing all the linens and sheets before 10am check out time. Maybe noontime would be a better time so that way, a lot of small town businesses would be open to shop before leaving town. Overall for the price of the house, you couldn't beat it.

Loved this property in Conesus, NY

We had an amazing stay!! Upon entering the house, we had a welcome packet with gift cards to local places & a helpful guide to places to eat, hike and shop. I fished every day off the dock and we enjoyed making a fire at night for smores. Tim was extremely helpful prior to arrival with some questions & the process was easy coming & going. Thank you for a great vacation ❤️

Very nice vintage house. Communication with owner was great and they gave us some great gifts. This was a surprise and was well received by all guests.

Great place

We had a great time here and Tim was a friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, the paddle boat and the swimming platform. The house had everything we needed for a great week. Thanks Tim!

Nice lake house

Comfortable beds. We stayed in winter, so we weren't able to use the lake, but it had a beautiful view! Older home in decent condition. Nothing fancy, but it met our needs well, and we had a great time.

2024 Total Eclipse Lake House

We rented this Conesus Lake home to have an unobstructed view of the 2024 total solar eclipse. Tim replied promptly and efficiently to questions. Check in and out was effortless. Recent property renovations are beautiful and modern while thoughtfully making use of period materials stored onsite. Lake access is convenient and safe for young children if carefully supervised. 5 Pineapples🍍

Comfortable and cozy

Everything was just as advertised. The view was beautiful. Marshmallows over fire in the fire pit. Steaks on the grill. Dock was convenient for our fishing boat. Appreciated the goodies in the welcome basket. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great weekend.

The house was everything the listing said it was and the views were even better then anticipated. Even with the colder weather, having the gas fireplace to keep warm and beautiful big windows to look out at the view made the little time we were in the house very enjoyable. The welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated. We really enjoyed the recommended restaurant. And our time at Letchworth state park will definitely bring us back to the area again and checking the availability of this house.

fall getaway

My wife and I and our 2 dogs stayed at :Summer breezes on the lake" from 10/06 to 10/12 2019. This is a great place, for couples or a larger family. The pictures and description were 100% accurate, as are the other reviews for this place. We ran into the owner, Tim, upon check-in and chatted with him for a moment. We found the he left on the kitchen table a gift basket with some goodies and gift certificates included (I won't say what, so as to leave it a surprise). There is a beautiful view of the lake from the kitchen table as wall as two chairs in the living area. There are 5 well-apppointed bedrooms (hint:for cool nights, the bedroom with the red comforter--that will keep you nice and cozy). Easy instruction are include for use of the gas fireplace, tv remote, and Keurig machine (coffee pods included). cell service is fine through AT&T, at least. There is also a nice firepit with seating to enjoy (wood was left I believe by the previous tenant). The lake view is wonderful, it is about a mile across--with a view of the ridgeline and homes of the other side of the lake--and about 8 miles long (house is approximately centrally located--a little northward). For activities, we went about a half hour drive west to Letchworth State Park one day (must see!!), about 40 minute drive east to Seneca Lake and the wine trail another day, and took a hour drive north to Lake Ontario to Hamlin Beach State Park and Lakeside Beach State Park, both along the Lake Ontario Park on a third day. Great trip, great location, great place to stay.

Not recommended

After booking the house one of the members of our party found out that she would not be able to come due to a medical condition. We informed the owners of this and told them that it was due to her pregnancy. They were unwilling to exchange dates for us to any date EXCEPT the follow week that we had booked. Well this made matters worse not better as her medical condition would not improve by the follow week. Babies don't work that way. So we ended up having to make the 450 mile trip without her. We have family in that area & had wanted them to meet our son's wife. The house itself is extremely drafty. There was a draft coming from the front door and if you looked you could see straight through from both sides of the door . The gap was THAT big on the bottom. He might as well have left it wide opened and there was a draft coming from the cellar ( which does not have a door that closes, this was from a huge gap as well. They put PVC pipe furniture in front of the picture window. It was previously advertised with INDOOR furniture. They later said that they did this because pvc pipe is more durable . It in fact is not more durable, it's cheap, uncomfortable & it's very inexpensive. The garbage was full and so we had no place to put our trash. The owner claimed that 3 of the 4 cans were full but that one was empty. We ended up piled our garbage on top of the others as best we could because in fact all 4 were used.The owner claimed that he had been there previous to our arrival so he knew nothing of the major construction going on right next door. But he claimed he knew how full each trash can was. I believe he knew that the neighbor right next door was in the middle of MAJOR construction & neglected to tell us. And it was extremely loud ! It began at the crack of dawn & they continued through the whole day. There was a huge draft coming from the windows as well. The owner claimed later that they are new windows.The windows might be new.. but they are not properly seated or sealed and the wind rips straight through them.We did not have cable or internet the last day we were there. Oh and later the owner claimed there was a miscommunication about exchanging the date. That isn't true Here are our emails : (1) US Was wondering if we could change our week.. Things have gotten VERY complicated.. Maybe the first week in May ? Reply T&C K.B., I'll work with you if I can. I have already booked the week for you and declined other offers. I will repost the week

Great stay on Conesus Lake

We enjoyed our stay and our time at the Finger Lakes and several surrounding state parks. Tim was easy to communicate with ahead of time. Checking in and out was easy. Nice surrounding area and beautiful house on Conesus Lake. We were greeted by welcome gifts which was a nice surprise. The house was clean and well-appointed. We had a lot of fun using the kayaks. Highly recommend this house and Tim!

Hi, My wife and I are from nearby Rochester. We purchased this home and spent many hours working on it to make it a nice comfortable place to vacation. Every year we add a new update. We love coming to the lake house with beautiful scenery and being on the water. We want you to enjoy our house and have lasting family and friends memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Conesus Lake is close to Rochester and Geneseo and has great restaurants and fishing. The water is warm, the people are nice and it is a fun lake to come to. Minnehans Fun Center is great for the kids with go karts and mini golf and batting cages. There are multiple museums and antique shops nearby.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We chose Conesus Lake because of the quaintness of the lake and area. The little convenience store, Shoreless Acres is adorable. The lake is beautiful. The afternoon breezes are refreshing. The kids love to fish off the dock. The Conesus Lake Ring of Fire on July 3 has more fireworks than anywhere you have ever seen.
