Vacation lake house right on Conesus Lake. On quiet dead end street. Dock and walk right in water access in the summer. Gas fireplace for the winter. Has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a bath tub. Can sleep ten total people with a pull out couch in living room. Patio off the house overlooking the water. Grill and outdoor fire pit available for use. Parking for three cars available in driveway. North Point park right across the street and only a short drive to Letchworth or Stony Brook State Park.

The place was great! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the single-level house. One member of our party is mostly wheelchair bound but she was able to step into the house and the wheelchair fit through the necessary room/bathroom doors. Another member is elderly and she was able to get around with ease. The neighbors were friendly and we loved how a park was so close. Planning on returning in the future.

The new umbrella over the patio was nice. The kids and the adults enjoyed the floatable mat and water toys.. Our boat wasn't working but we caught a nice northern pike off the dock . Thanks for helping us make memories.

Great location and setup. Plenty of room for a large family. Kitchen is well stocked and many water toys, life jackets, fishing poles etc

Amazing Conesus Lake Fall Trip

This is our second time staying here and will not be our last. We love the house and location. Conesus lake is so beautiful and the fall foliage was still at its peak. The house is perfect for our family. Thanks for sharing your home!!

Perfect Escape

Everything was exactly as described and also very clean. We enjoyed the single floor plan. It was especially nice to have the lake right outside our doors. My parents appreciated not having to climb any stairs while viewing the lake. I can’t say enough about Amanda. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! She responds to all questions immediately It is our hope to come back next year if she’ll have us. This is the perfect little escape!

This was our second year at this great little lake house. The house and setting are beautiful and the location on the lake is terrific. We're hoping to be back again next year.

Awesome lake property

Great home with lovely patio looking at the lake. This was a family vacation with our sons their wives and grand children. The walk in swimming was awesome. We fished off the end of the dock and caught many fish. We loved it so much booked for next year.

Wonderful Cottage

Everyone in our family group of 10 enjoyed our week at the cottage. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms clean with hot showers. Living-room/Kitchen provided great space and a wonderful view of the lake. Good bass fishing with our boat. The grand-kids enjoyed swimming and playing on the water raft.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was clean and had most of the things that we needed. The warning about driving slow on the road should be heeded! One day, a neighbor yelled “slow down a$$hole” at me as I drove by at a very slow rate. They had never said anything to me before that and for some reason just decided to get nasty! The man also looked like he was going to walk over to us but ended up just staring me down. The next day, I believe the same people were out back and shooting some sort of gun (possibly air gun) at the geese. I assume they were just trying to scare the geese away but was very troubling to us as we were trying to enjoy the lake. Overall, we had a good stay though!

My family has high expectations, this lake house checked every box. Lake is beautiful and watching northern lights over the lake was a memory of a lifetime.

Excellent location

The house is perfect as a base to visit all the tourist things the Finger Lakes has to offer. We went in the off season to catch the eclipse, and it was great! I’m from the area so we didn’t do touristy things, we spent a lot of time at the house. Good seating, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Master bedroom had a queen bed and a bunk bed that had a full bed & twin bed. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom had a bunk bed with a full & twin bed.
