A patio with a covered lounge area and a ceiling fan creates a cool spot to unwind outdoors. There’s also a gas grill and fire table for home cookouts.

Inside, a stylish interior showcases vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a gas fireplace with impressive floor-to-ceiling brick surround. Unwind with a movie in the living area or head to the garage to play ping-pong. Outfitted with a full suite of appliances, the sleek modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for your group.

Find rest and relaxation in the spacious primary suite, which includes a soaking tub and separate shower. Two bunk rooms offer additional sleeping space, each with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin trundle underneath.

Enjoy miles of the Brazos River right out your back door. Fish for catfish, bass, sand bass, carp, and alligator gar. Or spend hours floating down the river on tubes, kayaks, and canoes.

Your home is right across from the Squaw Valley Golf Course and within a 3-mile drive of historic downtown Glen Rose. Nearby attractions include Big Rocks Park (2.3 miles), Dinosaur Valley State Park (7.5 miles), and Fossil Rim Wildlife Center (8.3 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
