We had a wonderful stay. Floating the river to the Big Rocks was a great time. The kids had so much fun exploring the property. Would definitely recommend!
The house was very charming and comfortable. Older home but it is kept up very nicely. The aesthetic is bright and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Very convenient location. Beautiful yard that has river access. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the property. The only problem we had with the house is that it had two bathrooms but one only had a bathtub. This is the only improvement that we wouldâve wanted with this property.
We loved our stay, the house, local attractions and local restaurants. The backyard was amazing! The adults and young kids were drawn out there multiple times a day. The host was very helpful with the couple of questions we had. Leaving the driveway wasn't always the fastest because of heavier traffic but it was a major holiday weekend. We're looking forward to our next visit.
My husband and I stayed here with our kids my two siblings and their kids. It was the perfect place to stay in Glen Rose with family! The house is older but very well maintained, stocked and beautifully decorated. The yard was so pretty and serene! Thereâs a small creek that runs right through the yard with minnows and crawfish. It runs off into the Paluxy River where the ducks, geese and turtle greeted us every morning. We walked down to the square several times to shop and grab a sweet treat! We were also able to tube down to Big Rocks park from the house! Highly recommend if youâre looking for a larger place to stay in Glen Rose!
The house was adorable and cozy and they even hung a birthday sign for the birthday girls. A couple of suggestions: put something to show guests about the step going out to indoor patio area (several of us almost fell); add a coffee pot. There were 10 women and we quickly ran out of the pods. We had a great time and will most likely come back in the Spring.
This house was perfect for our weekend get away to Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim. Walking distance to the square - our littles loved getting ice cream at Shoo Fly Soda Shop! The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen well stocked. The welcoming cookies a very nice touch! The pictures of the backyard do not do it justice! It was a wonderful space to relax and enjoy. It was a little too cool to enjoy our morning coffee on the patio, but in a couple months âŠ. In the mean time, the sun room was perfect!
It was the perfect location. We walked to historic square. The backyard was absolutely beautiful! We all spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors. We definitely want to come back for a summer trip.
