Good Times Upstairs Duplex

Le Good Times Upstairs Unit A, situé au 303 Highland Avenue à Bradenton Beach, est une unité calme de deux chambres et deux salles de bain avec un salon spacieux, une grande cuisine européenne de conception ouverte et une terrasse ouverte très spacieuse. Juste un bloc très court de la plage, l'unité offre le summum de la commodité. Marchez jusqu'à la plage ou à pied pour faire du shopping - une voiture peut même ne pas être nécessaire. Détendez-vous le soir sur la grande terrasse ouverte avec vue sur le golfe. De légères vues sur la baie sont offertes depuis chaque chambre.

Cette unité peut accueillir quatre personnes avec un lit queen et un lit gigogne. Il vient de subir des rénovations et dispose de parquet, d'un accès Internet haut débit sans fil avec câble étendu et appels interurbains nationaux gratuits, d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'une chaîne stéréo. Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur et un gril à gaz sont sur place pour votre usage.

Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 32 "dans le salon ainsi qu'une télévision de 20" dans le salon avec un magnétoscope.

Good Times A peut être loué conjointement avec l'unité B en bas pour les groupes jusqu'à huit personnes. Louez les deux et recevez une remise de 10%.

Great location

Great location. We were within easy walking distance to Bridge Street for access to many restaurants. We had easy access on and off the island. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

The unit is very spacious and nicely appointed and updated. It's close to everything you need and is a quiet neighborhood. It was a short 2 block walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Highly recommended for a enjoyable stay on Anna Maria.

Perfect spot for our small family

The location and layout of this condo was perfect for our family. Close to it all but still in a quiet neighborhood. Condo was clean and ready for us. Communication with management was prompt and responsive. Definitely recommend this place!

Beach Vacation

Great location! Block away from the beach, and easy walk to bridge street. Close to everything, but still nice and private. On the top floor you can see the gulf from the front deck and windows, and the intracoastal and boats on the rear deck and windows. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with the pull out bed. We would certainly stay here again!

The property is in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants, and shopping- everything is just a few steps away. The property itself is well maintained and stocked, with nice areas to hang out together as a family or separately to have some down time. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are all provided. The biggest issue you'll have staying here is that you won't want to leave!

Great location to walk to everything. First time staying at this unit. Everything was great. Only thing is ewe stayed on the top floor. Partial ocean view, nice being high. Steps were a bit for bad knees. Other than that, great time

For a good time, stay at Good Times

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental at Good Times Upstairs was as advertised. Liked having the covered patio with tile floor, great views from up there if you like to see the Gulf, birds, people. The rental had everything you need to cook a meal, but shops, restaurants or the beach are just a very short walk away or take a free golf cart shuttle. Probably not on everyone’s list, but this place has great water pressure in the showers. Great sunset views. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay. My biggest worry was chairs for the beach. Not only were there chairs but a wagon to carry all the gear to the beach ( which was a short walk away). The duplex was clean and comfy. We had an issue with the tub draining slowly, a quick call and maintenance showed up and cleared the drain and we were good to go. We would definitely choose this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location

The location was outstanding, 3 blocks from Bridge Street and 2 blocks from the beach. There was a public Pickle Ball court and a children's play area across the street. Everything was very accessible and the local Police dept was a few houses down so no concerns, area was very safe and enjoyable. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Lives up to its name!

Great location, the rental was perfect for myself and two teens. Short walk to the beach and local shopping and restaurants. Very well maintained and we all loved sitting on the deck enjoying the breeze and sunsets! Thanks for a wonderful stay and I’d recommend this property to anyone :)

Perfect for Us

We stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the porch every day and all times of each day. It gets a great breeze and is so peaceful. The location of the property was ideal for us - an easy, short walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach, fun restaurants, and cute shops - and a great location when we needed to drive places as well. We had teens, a grandmother, and 50 somethings - and this property was great for all of us. The unit's floor plan is great - lots of space for our group to be together, and additional space for alone time. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer and dryer worked beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and there was great water pressure in the showers. We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon - so helpful for the beach. We had to make one call to property management for a small item when we arrived - the management team was super friendly and helpful and they delivered it immediately. The management team was also fantastic when we called before our trip too. This was such a great vacation, and we really enjoyed our time at this wonderful home. If you have an elderly vacationer, you will want to make sure that he/she is OK with steps (there are rails) and can step into a tub to bathe (all things that you would consider anyway). If you have a teen, be prepared for him/her to thoroughly enjoy the couches, balcony, and proximity to the beach and shops.

Only issue we had was a malfunctioning electronic lock on the main entrance. They were quick to respond and bring us a key for the remainder of our stay.

Good times A upstairs not so good

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and layout, property description and amenities semi accurate. Property was clean but not that well maintained. Sliding glass doors not operable in bedrooms, neither of the TV's worked in the bedrooms, ice maker didn't work in fridge and was jammed with a dish rag and one bathroom drain didn't work. Did get a response from maintenance related to these issues but nothing was fixed. Also, only stayed 14 days of the scheduled 21 days due to COVID-19 virus because everything closed in the area. Called Island Vacation properties several times asking about a possible partial refund due to the situation and the last rep actually got huffy with me and said it's up to the owner, but said they have it on file and someone would follow up with me. It's been three months and no communication. Very disappointed and would not use Island vacation properties in the future. Lousy customer service!
