The open living area is ideal for slow mornings and laid-back evenings, whether youâre enjoying a coffee after an early beach walk or winding down after dinner. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area makes self-catering easy, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked meals.
The property offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We are Wendy and Estella, a mother-and-daughter team from the UK. Wendy first discovered Anna Maria Island in 2003 and instantly fell in love with it.
We have been renting this property, successfully , for many years. Wendy loves early morning walks along the beach, while we both enjoy cycling around the island. Estellaâs favourite treat is a trip to Ginny & Jane Eâs CafĂ© for smoothies and cinnamon buns â about a 16-minute walk, either along the beach or by on the road.
We also love walking to the Sandbar for a drink while watching the sunset, and we regularly attend exercise classes at the local community centre. Anna Maria Island truly feels like our home away from home.

Not many properties on the island have a heated swim spa, which is perfect for exercise. We also have a little tiki bar, and after a long day of cycling or walking, thereâs nothing better than having a soak and truly relaxing.
You can unwind in the hammock, sunbathe on the deck, and enjoy the beautiful colours in the sky at sunrise. Weâve spent many years coming here as a family, and it truly is a home we love sharing with others.
