Jusqu'à 12 marches de votre porte d'entrée est une belle vue sur le golfe et la plage. À seulement 75 marches de la plage, pas de routes à traverser! Emplacement fabuleux! Spacieux, lumineux et tranquille sont des façons de décrire ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain de 1395 pieds carrés sur la magnifique île Anna Maria. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la deuxième chambre et un matelas pneumatique et Pack and Play pour les enfants ou les adolescents. Grandes chambres!
Situé à environ ½ chemin le long de la côte du Golfe sur AMI à Holmes Beach. Pas de gratte-ciel, seule la vieille Floride à son meilleur. !!C'est ce que vous obtiendrez si vous séjournez à Gulf Beach Place. Un complexe de 8 unités (2 bâtiments) avec piscine chauffée, sur une partie calme et moins fréquentée de Gulf Drive.
Idéalement situé à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons (vers l'arrière) ou à 2 min. conduire aux épiceries, pharmacies, location de vélos et restaurants.
Seule une courte promenade en tramway ou en vélo dans les deux sens à partir de GBP vous amènera à des sites historiques, à la pêche, aux restaurants du golfe et aux bars tiki. Il y a de la musique live à plusieurs endroits la plupart des nuits et / ou des jours chaque semaine. L'art local est disponible à l'achat dans les magasins uniques des environs.
Alors évadez-vous de tout, des vacances inoubliables vous attendent. Le condo est rénové avec toutes les nouvelles cuisines et salles de bain entièrement approvisionnées, planchers de bois flotté, décoration de plage, deux vérandas, une avec des pics de la mer bleu turquoise et du sable blanc.

Hidden Treasure

I had a great stay (again!) in AMI. Sandy Cheeks is such a nice treasure of a place to stay in. You can't beat the location - steps away from the beach and a nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to shops and Publix. Cooper and Heather did a wonderful job decorating and making a comfy beach house for their guests.

Perfect location

The condo is in a perfect location on the beach and near to the beach cafe. Easy to find and well loved and looked after accommodation - really felt like a home from home. Would love to stay in this property again if we visit Anna Maria Island again.

This place had everything we needed for our stay, well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs and toys in the storage room. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop deck!

Comfy Condo Steps from Beach

The condo was steps from the beach, came very well equipped, very comfortable living room furniture. Storage area with beach chairs wagon made daily beach trip easy. Small heated pool. This area of Holmes beach is beautiful & quiet. Would defiantly stay again.

Very nice property

This property is in a great location, we had everything we needed. We would have enjoyed the pool more if the water temp had been a little cooler. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations!

This property was perfect for our vacation. We shared the property with some good friends, and we all had fun exploring the Island. There were excellent dining and shopping options, and of course we enjoyed the beach. This property was clean, accommodating, updated and a stones throw from the beach. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of vacationing on Anna Maria Island.

Great location! Place was spotless!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). The place has a great beach vibe with lots of colorful ocean decor. The beds were comfortable and the master shower is huge. The washer and dryer were pristine and the kitchen has every amenity needed. The beach is a 1 minute walk from the unit and pharmacies, dining, grocery stores and souvenir shops are just a 5 minute drive away.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful unit! Clean, close to the beach, well-appointed. Couldn’t ask for more! Our dealings with the owners were great. They refunded our money for our spring visit that was cancelled due to the pandemic. We rebooked for the fall, and we were so happy we did. We’ll be back!

Best Location in Holmes Beach

Beautiful, clean unit in the best area of Holmes Beach. Close to the beach and the shopping center and grocery. Unit is perfect for families and even had a high chair to use. Nice dining table that seats six and plenty of seating to watch movies in the evening. Would return without hesitation. Decorated with great artwork from local artists.

Great unit right on the beach with access to a nice/quiet pool. Condo was clean and equipped with everything listed on the site. When we needed to contact the owner (looking for the locker key or updated code to get in) it was very easy.

Absolutely amazing!

Love it! Stayed at the condo for our vacation in June. The description of the apartment and area was spot on. The apartment is very clean and it had all the amenities that you needed, right on the beach and centrally located to Publix and restaurants. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Roofing going on at our stay

We absolutely love this location, we have stayed 2 other yrs.That being said,the roof was being replaced it was loud at 615 am every morning, dirty, no parking under unit and finding many nails in the pool, for days,after...we hosted our parents, from NY and was embarrassed that they had to stay at a construction site...we have many pics for you.We believe we should get a refund for the first weeks rental, because of the mess, noise and inconvenience, please respond to get to a solution. Thank you

We will be back!

Absolute zero complaints about this condo! Very accommodating and clean! Updated and spacious. Master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable which is a huge deal when stay for two weeks (or even 1 wk). So close to the beach! We were there for Christmas and Santa came, we also rang in the New Year!! Loads of great memories were made! We will definitely be back!

Well situated Beach condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very close access to the beach and ocean views made the week enjoyable. The condo itself is well appointed with everything you may need for a family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but still quaint enough we were forced to spend time together as a family. (Anyone with teenagers will know what I mean.) It is a third story walk up, so anyone mobility issues would have a problem with access.

Just as good 2nd time around!

This is our second time staying at Kim and Joe's condo, and it was lovely. If I had to complain, it would only be that the Moulin Rouge puzzle in the room is short 3 pieces, ha! The master bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and always ask my husband to buy a bed like that one! Do yourself a favor and visit this beautiful place right on the beach! Major plus that the foliage had been cut back sometime since our last stay, and you can now see the ocean from the lanai.

Great Experience!

We had a great week at this condo! We typically had the pool to ourselves because of the small amount of units within the two buildings, which my 5 year old loved! The view was great. The rooftop was super cool - which is where we watched the July 4th fireworks from! The unit was clean and homey! We appreciated the closet on the ground floor full of beach stuff - chairs, wagon, toys, etc as well as the closeness of the unit to the beach - literally just steps! It was easy enough to run back if you forgot something! We would definitely come back!

Exceptional

I loved this place. From the moment I walked in, I really felt a sense of calm. This second-floor 2 bedroom condo is in a quiet 8 unit building. The extreme cleanliness and updated soft beach decor add to the serene. There is a peekaboo view of the ocean from the lanai, but the most spectacular unobstructed ocean view is from the roof-top deck, which is one flight up. The owners were very responsive to our reservation request and any inquiries- very easy to work with. This condo has everything one would need for an extended stay and I can't wait to go back.

beautiful condo, great location

The condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location. The keyless entry was great and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The condo was clean although the master bedroom was very dusty. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai in the mornings and liked the convenience of the washer and dryer out there. The kitchen is fully equipped should you want to cook and there is plenty of room for a family to stay here comfortably for a week. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms were a nice size, not cramped at all with ample closet space. The beach locker on the ground floor was great to store our beach chairs in that we brought with us although the locker had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach items from the host. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely hope to be back soon.

Somewhat disappointed

The condo was average. Needs work. Master shower door missing( had one door and a curtain over missing), ceiling in dining room buckled, chair in kitchen cushion taped together, entry door filthy on inside. The bedrooms were very nice and master bed very comfortable. It appeared this property just received a facelift but needs structural work and many updates. The storage area was nice and we appreciated the use of beach chairs and wagon. Pool area and pool were not cleaned much. Out door areas could use attention. Sorry for the disappointing review. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and have always been very pleased except this time

Perfect Island Vacation!

Every review prior to our stay was very accurate. The condo was very clean and the place was exactly the same as the pictures posted. Kim, the owner, was very quick to respond to all questions and concerns from the time we booked until we checked out. We were there for our daughter's destination wedding and it was located close to the venue and near the Publix grocery store and other amenities that we needed. Most importantly it had a very nice view of the Gulf and it was literally 90 steps to the beach which was not crowded and seemed to be used by people staying nearby. It was a quick walk down to Manatee Public Beach where we enjoyed all you can eat pancakes for $5.95 and a wonderful Thanksgiving Buffet. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for a stress-free vacation. Both of the beds were extremely comfortable and the whole place was beautifully decorated with a fresh updated beach theme. We enjoyed the heated pool and access to a storage room with plenty of beach chairs and toys. There is an awesome rooftop deck with an awesome view of the Gulf, as well. I just can't say enough about this place, almost don't want to tell others about this best kept secret! If we ever return to AMI we will definitely rent from Kim again! You will not be sorry you picked this piece of paradise on the island!

Just Perfect!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. This condo has absolutely everything you need to spend the perfect week in AMI. It is very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated -esp with the owner's own paintings of local spots!. There is a storage shed with all the beach necessities which was unbelievable. The kitchen is fully stocked in case you want to eat in and the linen closet is packed with plenty of towels so you don't need to do laundry every day even though there is a washer and dryer right in the unit! This is a 2nd floor unit so you do need to be able to get to the 2nd floor via steps. The 3rd floor is a very cool rooftop deck with loungers and chairs which is shared. Depending on the other tenants, it can get noisy when children run around the roof, drag the furniture around etc. Same with the pool, but our interest was more about the beach. The beach is literally steps out the door - No streets to cross and viewable from the decks. How wonderful to be able to wake up and actually see (and hear) the beautiful ocean! From surf to door it may have been 2-3 minutes top. We felt very conformable letting our tweens go to the beach to play paddle ball etc while we prepared meals or relaxed inside. The beach was very peaceful and private. The public beach is only about 1/4 mile walk down the beach where you can grab some food or drinks at the tiki bar right on the beach. This is a place did not disappoint. The featured pictures are spot on and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Conveniently located on a beautiful beach and by stores/cafes

This condo is nicely situated on a less busy part of Gulf Drive and within walking distance of the grocery store, ACE hardware store, Dollar Store, and cafes. We loved the proximity to the beautiful beach, and the beach closet with wagon, chairs, and beach umbrella. The condo also offered beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and the master bedroom was well-lighted with shades that could be pulled up or down and with access to the lanai. The second bedroom also had a lanai that was flooded with the morning sun. Perfect for enjoying one's morning coffee and a book. Less accessible in the second bedroom were the plugs for cell phones and other electronic gadgets. The property manager was super responsive to our needs. The view of the Gulf was nice, but somewhat obstructed by heavy wires that crisscross it and metal window frames that tend to interrupt the view. This was somewhat compensated by the pair of mourning doves that sat and courted on the wires. The smart TV was oh so slow when you wanted to move from network or cable TV to apps like Amazon Prime or Netflix, but one's patience would finally be rewarded. And, lastly, although the City of Holmes Beach has Recycling pick-up on Tuesdays, there is no recycling at this condo complex. Since recycling is important to me, with permission, I deposited my recycling in the neighbor's bin across 34th Street. Overall, I highly recommend this property on lovely Anna Maria Island.
