This stunning waterfront condo is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast. This spacious snowbird-friendly condo is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access and is beautifully decorated throughout with vibrant interior colors and beachy decor. It also has ceramic tile throughout. There is a private balcony to take in the fresh air, a shared library stocked with 400 hardcover books, and a shared swimming pool available for you and your group.
Inside, the inviting living area offers a convenient and comfortable living area with a large TV for in-home entertainment. When mealtime comes around, you will have a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The on-site washer/dryer allows you to pack as lightly as you would like.
When you are not at the beach or relaxing by the pools, you can walk over to visit the quaint shops and local restaurants just across the street. Bicycle paths run the length of the island, from the west end down to the ferry landing and the Dauphin Island Sea Lab on the east end. You will also want to stroll through the bird sanctuary and explore historic Fort Gaines. Kayaks, jet skis, pontoon boats, and bicycles are all available for rent on the island as well. You can travel the two miles trip to Shell Mound Park and enjoy an eventful afternoon in the outdoors.

There is no access to the balcony or view from the primary bedroom. The hurricane shutter stays closed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
