The spacious, single-level floor plan welcomes group gatherings with stylish design and an open-concept layout. The elegant full kitchen showcases immaculate counters and a suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The breakfast bar and eat-in nook each comes set for four while full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table set eight. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Horrible management

Arrived to the home to find the home had not been cleaned from the previous renters. Bed sheets piled up, no sheets on beds. Previous renters had a good time, place was very dirty. We called management company who promised it would be cleaned ASAP. It never happened for the 6 days we were there. I spent hours on the phone (while on vacation)with the company and was promised a partail refund, well i never received it. We made the best of it by going to Naples and buying cleaning supplies so we could clean it ourselfs. Great home and location but will never, ever use VRBO and especially Vasesco or whatever the company again. I waited for the last day to submit a review to write this, just in case the management company made good on the refund. They did not. Dont pay for the pool to be heated either, that also did not happen but im done with this totally ruined vacation.

Great house, a little more cleaning would be great, would stay again

This house is great with a beautiful, peaceful location. It could’ve been a little cleaner (we arrived to an almost full recycling bin and a hairball in the shower), but the house was otherwise clean. The pool was great, especially at sunset. The kitchen is awesome, and the house has nice finishes. The air conditioning had an issue while we were there, but still worked somewhat. The house was in the high 80s inside when we arrived, but property management sent someone out the day after we reported the issue, got it fixed during our stay, and credited back one night on our final bill, which was a nice gesture. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. We do recommend this place to guests looking for a property in Port of the Islands.

Great Getaway

We had a great stay with our family of 4 at this house. We enjoyed the pool and speakers and the recliners were perfect for family movie nights! Our only complaint was the initial cleanliness. The bed in the master was not made and looked like it had been slept in, so we had to wash the sheets right away. There was also some trash and dirty dishes on the kitchen counters. Other than that, no issues with the house or owners and we had a fun time!

Nice place...but has issues.

Could of been a five all around..house is nice and clean. Issue #1..promised 2 boat lifts, owners boat in one, no power to other. #2, there is not 6 parking spots, owners trailer in driveway and personal items blocking one garage space. We had two boat trailers and 3 vehicles, had to wedge a boat trailer in on landscaping stones. #3, pool was green and cavitating due to lack of water, we had to add water, pool serviced after second day of stay. #4, expensive gas grill was dirty and out of propane, we found a bottle in garage and when hooked up it leaked. #5, refrigerator in garage lost power and all our food in it spoiled. Called service number three times, was given highest priority...nobody showed or contacted me after third call.

Good Location

Good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Marco Island. Well-stocked. Could have been clean better. Miscommunication re: the boat lift and personal boat parking. Overall, very happy with our stay, would recommend.

Could have been sooo much better

The house itself is awesome. Music in every room. The view was also amazing! The house is 12 miles from anything. And my husband has a habit of running to the store a couple of times a day. The pool was supposed to be heated. I chose the house because I needed to rehab a knee and hip injury. I called the mgmt company and they stalled me for 4 days. They just kept putting me off. Finally on the 4th day, they said the pool could not be heated. The owner of the house came by on the Thursday before the Friday we were to leave. He was upset that the mgmt company had not contacted him. He said he would have had it fixed if he knew sooner. He was incredibly nice. Recap. The house is great. But, I wanted to give the whole picture. We also saw alligators swimming in the water right beside our dock. The mgmt company was really the problem.

Beautiful location

Pros-this property is in a wonderful, quiet location. The wildlife is right at your back door, you can watch the alligators go back and forth in the waterways and a multitude of different birds were enjoyed. The beds are comfy, all you could possibly need in the kitchen to make meals are available. ,just bring the food. They only had an electric percolator to make coffee, but I bought one at Walmart and left if for the next guest. Once the pool warmed up, it was very nice to use. There were plenty of towels and linens for use, all soaps were available for dishes, laundry etc. Paper towels and starter toilet paper were also available. Cons: In the pictures it shows a computer screen with printer, my fault, I thought there was a computer that could be used, but you would have to bring your own. Pool area had spiders hanging from the screened in area, and there were old broken balloons all over, that had not been cleaned up. There is no Cable/Satellite TV, they do have 1 Apple TV that you can share between 3 TV's, luckily, I brought by own Fire Stick which worked fine on the living room TV and the Apple TV was used in the bedroom. If you don't have logins for Netflix etc. then you could not watch TV. The Management company sent an Ecode on day of arrival for the front door-the front door does not have an Ecode, it has a lock box like a realtor would use, had to call to get the code for the box-this was not a big deal. Not a Pro or a Con but the closest city is about 17 miles away, there is a Publix which is closer to the property maybe 10 miles away. Overall it was a lovely stay.
