The house comes full equipped with all the ingredients you need to make an unforgettable vacation.

Features include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Southern exposure, in-ground swimming pool, on water with quick, direct-access to the Gulf of Mexico. Primary bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom, closet and TV. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed. Living Room has flat screen TV & a sleeper sofa. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Poolside, there is a covered porch with plenty of seating and propane grill for all your bbq needs.

SWFL is the boating capitol of the world. It's perfect area for boating, fishing, diving and all water sports enthusiasts. So if you are tired of lounging around the pool with your favorited drink in your hand, there are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied. Grab your rods and jump on your boat or rent one close by to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about.
