Spacious floor plan featuring open kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining, separate breakfast area and spacious living room, 3 bedrooms plus home office and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy Marco Islands endless water views either from your covered patio area overlooking the electric heated pool, from your screened sundeck or the open sundeck just 5 steps away from the boat dock. Go fishing, boating, beachcombing or relax in the sun. The beach is in walking distance. The open sun terrace, seawall and boat dock have just been finished and add great value for outdoor activities and to enjoy Florida’s sun. Take advantage of the heated pool or barbequing with friends and family. The home has a two-car garage with 2 single garage doors. Close to everything Marco Island has to offer such as walk to beach or a short ride to shopping and restaurants. This was our second time in Marco and this house made it a great vacation! House is in a great location, central to pretty much everything. House is beautiful and fully stocked. Furniture is very comfy. Just can't say enough about this place. Thanks so much!

Beautiful home and property, even better than the listing! Home was very clean and comfortable; had everything you could need. Hosts were super easy to communicate with and helped anytime we had a question. Lovely spot in Marco Island; we will be back!

Everything we hoped for.

Beautiful well-kept spotless property. Every item for a wonderful vacation included. Only thing that at the property was missing was a blender and when we notified the property manager one was shipped to us via Amazon the next day. We are beyond impressed and will definitely be visiting again.

Paradise on the Canal

The best thing about our Marco trip was the awesome house and pool. Super comfy, spotlessly clean and well-equipped! I had one question on arrival and was able to reach them right away at nearly 10 PM on a Friday night. Beautiful sunsets out back. We felt very lucky to have booked this home.

Very Nice Property

Great property. Very well kept and clean. House has everything you need including bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time, rented a boat for a few days. The dock is perfect. Father in law stayed for a few days and my parents were able to stop by and enjoy the pool as well, which was also nice and warm. Maintains a perfect temp all day and even for night swimming. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing Retreat

As property owners ourselves, we are quite educated on how rentals operate and to our surprise, this Villa exceeded our expectations. Not only did the pictures accurately depict the property, the kitchen and pool amenities were far beyond anything we have experienced. Many home cooked meals and lunches by the pool were had, kids were able to hook up their gaming systems to the TVs while we adults had cocktails by the canal watching boats go by. We could go on and on, but you really have to experience it for yourselves! Book it, go and enjoy! Thank you Villa Happy Place!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at a this remarkable house in Marco Island, which offered a captivating waterfront experience. This beautiful home provided us with a breathtaking view that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the serenity and allure of the water. The pool deck, with its awe-inspiring vista, became a delightful gathering spot for our family, providing both comfort and luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time together, basking in the incredible surroundings. Overall, our stay at this house was an unforgettable experience for our family, where we were able to create cherished memories, thanks to the magnificent views and an exceptional pool deck that left us in awe.

Quiet Family Time

We spent one week in this home with our adult children. The check in process went seamlessly and Doris met us shortly after we arrived. She made us aware of some minor plumbing issues that had recently been discovered. Since it was a weekend, she explained that a plumber would be on-site on Monday to address the matter. This indeed happened as planned. During our stay, I had several questions about the home and Doris always promptly responded to me texts and phone calls. She was a real pleasure to work with. The home's location on a canal is very nice. The neighbors are very close, but the neighborhood is quiet. If you plan on going to the beach, be prepared for parking difficulties. You can find parking at Tigertail Beach, but be prepared for a long walk to the seashore. Other public beach access points exist, but good luck finding parking. I suggest renting bicycles and riding them to the beach. The home is an easy bike ride to the nearest access point. The home was well equipped, and we had access to pool/beach toys, and beach chairs. However, we spent most of our outdoor time at/in the pool. There are plenty of things to do in the area. We visited Naples and the Everglades. If the opportunity presents itself, we will visit again. Thank-you for a wonderful week.

Very Pleased

The house was very clean. Loved the heated pool and gas fire pit on patio by the dock. We were very impressed with the beach gear and bikes in the garage. Beds were comfortable. We rented a boat from Dolphin Cove and it was so nice to have a place to dock the boat. My kids were in heaven all week. I highly recommend this rental and we can’t wait to come back!
