This updated 1-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a king bed, 2 twin Murphy beds, and a queen pull out sleeper sofa. It features upgrades throughout that include updated flooring, a remodeled kitchen + updated appliances, and refinished bathrooms. It also includes 2 shared patios. The Key Condo's are located in the Mountain House Base Area near the lifts and on the Snake River. Key Condo also offers shared amenities including a sauna, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool and picnic areas. Additionally, there is an enclosed shuttle stop at complex entrance so you can be anywhere in the resort in minutes and ski lockers for guest use. If you're a winter sports enthusiast, there's no better place to be than close to ski resorts like Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. These world-class resorts offer some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Colorado, with runs for every skill level, from beginner to expert. With easy access to these iconic resorts, you'll have the ultimate winter playground right at your doorstep.
This second floor walk-up has guests enter into the open concept living and kitchen area. The living area features a large Smart TV, updated flooring, ceiling fan, 1 twin Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Extra linens are stored in a closet for guest use. There are also a variety of board games, perfect for a game night! The first of two shared patio spaces is just off the living area at the entry and offers treed views and fresh mountain air.
Behind the living guests will find the remodeled kitchen with all new appliances stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including coffee + a coffee maker. The breakfast bar offers seating for four.
Behind the living and dining is the full-sized guest bathroom. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops. The extra bathroom provides convenience for living room guests and privacy for the primary suite. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The spacious primary suite features a king sized bed, a shared patio, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. There is also a twin sized Murphy bed located in the primary suite. The primary bathroom offers shower/tub combination and granite countertops. The second shared patio features outdoor seating.
Take an afternoon stroll along the Snake River or relax on the benches with a book, the river is just step's away from this vacation rental. Key Condo's location offer's easy access to the Snake River that runs throughout Keystone and the Mountain House Base Area. Additionally, there are picnic area's available around the complex, perfect for a Summer! Guests can also store gear in the provided ski lockers located on the ground level. There are also sleds available for guest use in the ski lockers.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
