This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and twin Murphy bed. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Lone Eagle is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool and hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and cozy furniture. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in the living room. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and features a grill, and views of tall pines and mountains in the distance. Enjoy the sounds of Snake River in the spring, summer and fall.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and the dining area comfortably seats six. There’s a private washer and dryer and detergent has been provided for your convenience. This one bedroom condo features two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower.

*Please note that we have a minimum night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. This vacation rental is new to our management program. Nice condo, great location!
Lovely stay in this condo. The unit is spacious and clean with great proximity to the slopes and River Run Village. I would say it sleeps 2 adults (in the king bed) and a child or small teen on the Murphy bed. The pull out couch bed is completely broken and not useable. My 15yr old son slept on the couch itself instead, but it was way too short for him. Otherwise a really nice unit.

Poorly maintained room with multiple broken fixtures.
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Lone Eagle twice and this "condo" was very poorly maintained. The master suite vanity had only one working light. The faucet on the vanity was extremely loose. Several baseboards had over a 1/4 inch gap away from the wall. The couch bed had collapsed in the head area and you had to sleep backwards and stull the cushions in the head area or you would fall into the head area or disappear with the pillows. The kitchen cabinets were so stuffed with unnecessary equipment that there was no room for food storage. The entertainment system was so complex that it was literally unavailable for guide selection. The elevator did work on this stay but it was so slow. They need a technician to adjust the valving so the doors open more quickly and the speed of transit is increased. I don't know if I will book again. The ski in/ski out is nice, but dealing with a poorly maintained condo is not my idea of value for my money. On a positive note - the BBQ did work and had propane even though the previous tenant left the tank in the on position and I had to install a new IUD.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
