Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting what worked well during your weekend stay. We’re glad to hear that our communication and overall experience met your needs. We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the bathroom caulking; our team has addressed this concern. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that our unit does not include traditional air conditioning due to the alpine climate. However, we do provide fans to help improve airflow during warmer days. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your input is invaluable in this process. We would love to host you again!

Thank you for your detailed review. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the property for future guests. We have addressed the cleanliness issues and the dripping tap you mentioned. We're glad the location, spaciousness, and other amenities were satisfactory. We strive to provide a comfortable and well-equipped stay for all our guests. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other suggestions on how we can enhance the experience. We hope you had an enjoyable time overall and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the area, found the home comfortable, and appreciated the blackout blinds and kitchen setup. We’re sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced. While our team strives to ensure each unit is properly prepared, it sounds like this stay fell short of expectations. We’ve since addressed the cleanliness issues with our housekeeping team and clarified the check-in instructions to avoid future confusion. The tone of communication you described is not reflective of our standards, and we’re looking into it internally. Regarding the amenities, the listing notes that laundry facilities are located in a separate building and require app-based payment, but we understand how that may not have been clear. We appreciate your comments and are using them to improve both our guest experience and internal processes. Thank you again for staying with us.
