Much needed vacation with a few hiccups

Straight to the point....Cons- We stayed during a holiday..restaurants and towns were super packed with people..some like that but with kids definitely not..Beaches the same..had to get up and get out there pretty early in the morning to get a good spot. And there is beach politics. Gotta stay in ur section where ur staying. There is security that with come and ask u to move if ur in a different section..And with the holiday there were alot of people..elevators were always tied up..then eventually 3 of the 4 were working..And during the holiday i know housekeeping were tryin their best with all the people around. But should overlook over their work when cleaning a room..Pros- the owners or whoever i was talking to about the place were very prompt very polite and answered every single question i had..contacted me during my stay to ask if i was enjoying myself or if there were any issues. My wife responded. And they had housekeeping knocking on the door rather quickly..so i would say they are really engaged in their costumers satisfaction..DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEIR PLACES!!!The condo was very relaxing and the view..breath taking...the splashpad was awesome and the pools and hottub were taking advantage of..awesome...a short walk to to beach..which was also a great thing...Checking in was very simple..but didnt like the 55 parking fee.. The staff was very friendly and helpful and stayed really professional especially with rude guests. So owners were great staff as well.

Great Stay and Family Friendly

Enjoyed our stay and everything was like it was stated. We loved the splash pad because we have a 2.5 year old. That was the main reason we booked this condo at Phoenix V. The beach wasn't overly crowed even during Memorial Week. The elevators can be crowded and have to wait awhile during peek hours of check in and beach time. We loved that they offered buggies to carry our luggage in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I will say that the room with two beds is warmer than the master. So you can stay colder in the master with thin blanket and sheet that is provided. We always take extra of everything. Also, with a family of 4 or more you will definitely need more toilet paper and paper towels more than likely. :)

Conference stay

Master bath didn't appear to have been completely cleaned, no light on balcony, TV unplugged/not working, iron didn't work, disposal made horrible noise when turned on. Security latch broken. Some type of linens on floor in spare bedroom/did not touch.

Expected Much Better for Price Paid

When booking our family trip to Orange Beach this was one of the more expensive condos we looked at. We ultimately chose this one because of great reviews and the splash pad for our small children. However, I really expected much better considering we paid a higher than average cost. With that being said the host communication was great and she was very fast to respond. Cons- Listing not accurate(outdoor patio furniture is not what is listed in picture) Hidden fees- Parking pass is listed in description but we had to pay $55, only provide minimal supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. There wasn’t even hand soap just a bar like they give you at a hotel. Small details made it feel cheap. We had to buy all of these things. Outdated- The entire complex is dated. Rust on indoor pool ceiling, splash pad faded, 2 out of 3 beach hoses not working, smoke detector in our room hanging from ceiling, very short bathroom counters, and shower head is low and small overall. We have tall people in our family so it is something to consider for comfort. Not very clean- kitchen & bathroom counters had clearly not been wiped down upon arrival. Balcony windows not cleaned. The entire complex had dirty elevator windows and indoor pool windows. Our door code stopped working twice. The host also messaged me a couple days into trip to ask if we could allow the realtor to come by and show the condo while we were there which I did not appreciate. Pros- location, host response

Wonderful Family Getaway!

Our family of four recently stayed in Orange Beach and we loved it! The condo location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very clean and well taken care of, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this place!

Orange Beach Vacation

We had a great time. The manager allowed us early check in when we arrived way earlier than expected. They were great at communication. We really liked the layout of the condo. Amazing views and we had a fabulous time. We would definitely return. Thanks

Clean and comfy

Very clean and all the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on while at the beach. The property owner was quick to respond with any answers to questions. Would definitely stay in this condo unit again!
