Had a fun and relaxing week at Orange Beach. Condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. It does have a wonderful view and fairly roomy balcony. Appliances were fine for what we needed. Ike’s Beach Service was very efficient , especially Justice who took care of us.

Amazing!

Beautiful, clean condo! Pics don’t do it justice. The building was clean, staff was very friendly and Eric was wonderful to correspond with. I’ve stayed many places and this is one of my favorites. We will definitely be back!

More than Perfect

This was the first time my daughter and I traveled alone without other family. I saw this condo that was everything we were looking for in a place to stay and it was available to us in less than 24 hours. Eric was amazing at responding and keeping in touch. He recommended a couple restaurants as well, we only made it to one of them, the Cobalt which is on the Bay and it was really good with great waterfront dining. The room itself was clean, the perfect place for us to feel safe and at home. I can't forget the view.....phenomenal! The property itself is well maintained, pool was nice and the beach was great. We will definitely be going back again.

Location, location, location!

I loved staying here because of the view and the location being directly on the beach. I spent most my time on the balcony and beach. Short trip but I really enjoyed myself. A couple things that I wish were in the condo were a dish drain and a top to the kitchen garbage can. Great communication w Eric and considering I booked it 36 hours before I got there I understand a few minor things I wish were there. The bed was very comfortable which is big for me on a vacation. All in all it was a great trip. Thanks Eric

Great for a quick excursion to the beach! Condo was clean and well appointed, had excellent views of the beach, and the owners were easy to work with. Very close to local restaurants and attractions as well! We will definitely be back!

Great view, great location

This was our first time staying in Orange Beach. Stayin right on the beach was great! The condo was nice, perfect size for the two of us, it was great to have washer/dryer in the unit. The owner allowed us to check in early, which was wonderful!!! We didn’t realize we would have to pay for parking at the condo, also the dehumidifies worked great, but were a bit noisy.

Great condo with spectacular view

My family and I were extremely happy with this condo. In fact, we loved it so much that we decided to rent it the second time. It provides a great view of the ocean and is very convenient to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. It has everything you need whether it be for a week or a month. The people at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The common areas were kept clean and there were enough elevators so there was practically no wait time at the elevators. The grounds and especially the pool are well maintained. The condo is very homey. Also Eric, the owner is very easy to work with. He responds immediately to any form of communication. We stayed on the porch a lot and were able to watch dolphins swimming by. Our children enjoyed the pools and splash pad. We are definitely coming back. Lily B.

Awesome View

Spacious one bedroom condo with an awesome view. Lots of amenities to offer. Convenient to many restaurants and attractions. The owner was quick and easy to work with directly. We normally vacation on the Atlantic in Florida but due to hurricane Irma, we chose Orange Beach, AL. If ever back in the area, would definitely stay here again

Great property! Easy access to the beach and located in an excellent area for restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Well maintained unit with comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen. Owners communicate well and make the process very easy. Highly recommend this condo....no surprises!
