Inside this fully-remodeled vacation townhome, find six floor-to-ceiling windows, shiplap walls, new floors, and stellar views. Unwind for movie nights in the living area or simply lay down and take in the sights. The full kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals for the group. Added perks include central AC and complimentary WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Stunning view, comfy beds, awesome fishing from back yard

Positives: Where do I begin. The sunset view from the living room sofa is amazing. You can use kayaks or connect to the small pier right out the back door. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is beautifully decorated. The huge closet door mirrors are the perfect touch for the rooms. Master bedroom has a walk in closest, very comfortable bed and the big shower was relaxing and connects to small deck. The retro appliances in the kitchen was a fun touch and everyone loved them! Dining table was perfect fit for the house. Loved that it is all on one level. And has a small private seating area joined to the 2 other rooms. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Negative: wish we could’ve stayed longer. And if I must say anything negative it would be about the bird poop on back deck makes it unusable to sit at due to the large shade trees above. Beyond that this place was perfect and has definitely become one of my family new favorite places

We arrived to the condo on a sunny summer day however as the weather changed so did the conditions of the condo. A summer storm came in and my family was scrambling to find pots and bowls to catch all the water leaking from the ceiling. There was 2 leaks in the living room and one right over our bed in the bedroom. Creating a soggy mess. When we called everything was automated and we had a delay in response. When someone finally called back an offer was made to waive the cleaning fee. Such a cute place just needs tons of maintenance.

Fishing Trip Getaway

Headed down to do some fishing with a buddy of mine. Check-in was very easy, although the code could've been a lil easier to remember, and place was nice and cool upon arrival. All rooms and kitchens were very clean, and beds were comfortable as well. Didn't do much cooking, so cant really comment on how well stocked the kitchen was, but the Keurig was nice to have in the morning. Driveway had plenty of room to park our truck and boat, so that's always an added bonus when traveling on these trips. Local area has just about everything you could need, with tons of restaurants very close by. Will definitely keep this on our list of places to stay with our boat!!

Great home base for weekend activities

Great condo to use as a home base for weekend activities in and around the CC area. Newly remodeled and well done. Comfortable beds and great working A/C. Loved the living room with all the windows facing the water. Already booked our next weekend.

Favorite Condos

We stay in one of these condo about 3x a year. You can’t beat the location, the price and the view is beautiful all the time. I do recommend to always get the upper condo. Our neighbors upstairs were pretty noisy in the mornings.

Beautiful home,Poor Hospitality

Overall the home was very beautiful and clean but our experience staying was nowhere near as pleasing.We had many issues throughout our stay starting with no access to the garage to put our beach belongings in it to prevent them from getting wet.We also had a problem with the house lock not properly locking.We reported the lock problem to the owner and we were told they would come out and fix the issue but to our surprise nobody showed up EVER.Durinf our stay it started raining and the living room flooded due to the rain and we weren’t provided with any utilities to clean it up and we even asked for the owner to take a rug out of the living area because of the foul odor it was giving off due to it being wet.We reached out many times and were told that someone would go and resolve those issues for us but nobody arrived ever and it ruined the experience for my family.-

We had a great time

We had a blast on our family vacation to North Padre Island. The house worked perfect for our family of 5. The good - 2 bathrooms, great view of the intracoastal water and bridge (I got some great night time pictures from the dock), the kitchen and house was nice, the beds were comfortable. The bad- we arrived and the house was dusty, there was dust and sand on the hard surfaces including the floor so we had to clean when we arrived, there were some leaves that were on the floor by the entryway table when we walked in the first time, the white throw rug in the living room had sticker burrs in it so we had to pick those out and vacuum the rug, it was not specified in the posting for the house but we didn't have access to the garage (not a huge deal but I had anticipated to be able to leave our beach stuff in there), there is no vent hood so when you cook or bake anything the smoke detectors will go off, the water is very hard. Overall we did have a good experience with our stay and would stay here again, it's just not much fun getting done with a 12 hour drive and having to clean before you can walk around without shoes on.

Unresponsive Property Management

The location was ideal for our stay. We weren’t too far from activities, restaurants, and major highways/roads. The space was ample enough for our family of 5. The AC works very well. However, about 15 minutes after checking in a fire alarm in one of the bedrooms started to go off. In fear of being charged for removing and possibly damaging it, I reached out to customer support who said they would submit a ticket with property management. Hector called me almost an hour later and said he was offsite and would send someone first thing in the morning to replace the battery. He instructed my husband to remove the battery or to silence it any way possible. By this point, we also realized the WiFi wasn’t working, despite me following the troubleshoot instructions. I mentioned to him and he said he would contact Spectrum and give me an update. He also asked me to text/call him if anything else was needed. The following day, no one stopped by for the fire alarm and the WiFi was still down. I sent Hector a text and he never replied. I submitted another ticket with customer care but it was pointless. We paid for WiFi and we’re not given WiFi. The lack of response and communication was pitiful. Additionally, there were things left uncleared in between our arrival and the previous guests. Examples: empty Pepsi soda can and sock under twin bed (still there), strands of hair in sink, shower, and floor.

Great place for family stays

Have used this rental as our place to stay while visiting our student at TAMUK for different events. Convenient enough to Kingsville while keeping us in the middle of things to do in CC for weekends. Very comfortable accommodations and love being right on the water.

Nice interior. Felt clean. Seemed a lot more up to date than the rest of the condos surrounding. Great views. Biggest negative was the deck that was just covered in bird crap. Also a dead grackle on the deck our last day but that’s nobody’s fault! Also the ceiling fans didn’t work in either of the two rooms. There’s only a keurig and not a standard drip coffee maker for those that might care about that. All in all an above average stay.

Summer vacation

Our view was absolutely gorgeous very comfortable. The 3rd room Was very hot, and the patio I thought could of been swept all the leaves off and wash the bird poop off the patio and patio furniture. But over all Furnitire and stay was very comfortable

Great place with a few annoyances

Really nice condo with designer level decoration and generally high quality furnishings. Overall we were happy with our stay here. The condo is pretty much exactly as advertised. It’s in a good location with a nice view of the water and less than 10 minute drive to the beach. We would stay there again if the issues were addressed. Now for what we didn’t like. First off the king bed in the master bedroom was terrible. It had a huge sag in the middle and gave me backaches almost every morning. Turns out both of the center frame support legs had collapsed. Another weird thing about it was that it was a king mattress on a queen box springs and frame. The mattress overhung the box springs by several inches on the 3 sides. Next, as another reviewer mentioned the bedrooms do tend to be warm, but the owner has 2 box fans and a smaller oscillating fan available. Using those and keeping the bedroom doors open made thing comfortable enough. The problem that added to this was that we couldn’t get the ceiling fans to work. In the master the fan light would come on, but not the fan, and in the queen bedroom the light and fan would come on, but we couldn’t figure out how turn just the lamp off. The next issue was the deck and railings off the main room were covered in bird dropping and was disgusting. Either the neighboring tree needs to be netted or the deck need a roof. Another issue was that a smoke alarm was on the wall right next to the stove which didn’t have a vent hood. Anytime we tried to cook something on the stovetop the smoke alarm would continuously go off. Next we were not given the code to get into the pool. We tried to go one evening and the complex office was closed. I’m sure we could have gotten it the next day, but I feel that’s something that should have been provided with our check-in info. Finally (and this isn’t about the condo itself) I have an issue with Vacasa itself. Unlike Airbnb or VRBO you don’t have any direct contact with the owner. When issues arise like the ones above you have to call or email Vacasa. They mention a text number in their automated message, but why not provide that option directly from the app? I tried calling a couple of times to inform them of these issues, but each time it said they were experiencing heavy call volumes and long wait times. I have better things to do on my vacation than wait on hold. Finally when I did call and was able to speak to a rep fairly quickly he didn’t seem too concerned and asked me if I wanted him to make note of the issue….Yes Of course I did!! This was the first time I’ve used Vacasa and I wasn’t impressed by their customer service at all.

Great weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay and weather was great! Close to everything on the island, great view and loved being able to start the morning and end the evening with fishing from the dock. Didn’t get to bring our boat this round but no worries; caught redfish, trout and even a few flounder from the dock. Others did have their boats tied up. Water about 4 ft deep I think so no problem navigating a bay boat in the area. Rooms were comfortable and most have ceiling fans to help with circulation. Kitchen a little tight but served our needs just fine. It would be awesome if there were an underwater green light for fishing, but I brought a portable one and it was lots of fun. Will definitely come back!

Pleasant

Nice Property with nice size bedrooms, great comfortable King Size Bed. Nice views and easy access to dock. Things I didn't like was having to use a 'shared' laundry and we did not have the code to that or the pool. The Kitchen is very small and if we were to stay a week this wouldn't work. Place overall is very clean, newly remodeled look and great for the weekend.

Location great, inside nice and modern - back bedroom extremely warm, ceiling fan in Master did not work. Largest complaint the bird droppings on the front porch, we washed with soap couple of times still kept coming - cushions were covered with droppings, flies were terrible impossible to go out on the porch due to the bird droppings, the smell and the flies

Fantastic location!

This was our visit to Corpus & we loved it! Puenta Vista was the perfect location—fishing right out your back door, swimming pool out front & a lovely interior for relaxing between trips to the beach! We will definitely be back!!!
