Bienvenue à Laguna Madre Landing - une maison côtière loin de la maison pour le vacancier qui veut tout! Situé au Puente Vista Condominiums à Corpus Christi, c'est un endroit idéal pour de belles vues, de bonnes vibrations, de la détente, de la pêche, un accès à la plage à proximité, et Schlitterbahn est juste au coin de la rue! Garez votre bateau et / ou pêchez sur le quai privé qui offre également un accès instantané en bateau à la voie navigable Intercoastal et au canal Packery ainsi qu'à la Laguna Madre et au golfe du Mexique. Prendre plaisir!

Les finitions propres de la maison à l'intérieur incluent un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin King dans la chambre principale et un plateau-coussin Queen avec deux lits superposés dans la chambre. Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes.

La cuisine est équipée de tous les appareils modernes et de l'essentiel pour préparer des repas cuisinés à la maison. Il y a aussi plusieurs grands bars et restaurants à proximité! Vous pouvez voir Snoopy's, Marker 37 Marina et Doc's juste en face du canal depuis le pont!

Great location if you want to be steps from the water to fish and/or dock your boat. Great sunset views. Property is a bit dated, it’s fine for a fishing trip. Again, great location.

Convenient to Activities

We attended the airshow and it was very nearby the condo which was really nice. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed watching the sealife and the sunset. The property itself was as advertisef.advertised

3 of us drove down to fish for 3 days. Super clean condo located on the waterfront. Excellent location close to everything we needed. Will definitely consider staying in the same place next trip.

Nice Place

My son and I were down for a week of fishing. Place was great, had everything we needed, including a dock where we could launch a kayak. Quieter than expected being near the bridge. Easy to get to fishing spots including the PINS beaches. Neighbors were nice as well. I will look to book it next time I am going to Corpus Christi.

Weekend fishing trip with our grands

Perfect location for a few days of fishing with our grands. The private boat dock made it so easy to tie up our boat overnight! 2 adults and 4 kids, ages 4 to 14, fit comfortably in this condo. Thanks for a great time!

Perfect Fishing Base

Stayed here while fishing with a buddy for a couple days. Was absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, with a bathroom off each bedroom meant we each had our own space. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything worked well. The dock out back and the balcony are the highlights. The reviews weren’t lying when they said the sunsets are amazing. We docked our boat at the dock for easy in and out fishing during the day. Multiple nearby ramps and bait shops. We will absolutely be staying here again. Cannot recommend this place enough. Best of all was the communication with the hosts. Prompt and answered any questions. 10:10

Fishing Trip

Stayed here for a little under a week, it was fantastic. One of the days when a front came through I was able to just sit on the private dock and fish. Place was very clean and stocked with cookware and essentials like sugar and oil. Will definitely be back again.

Great weekend celebrating wife’s bithday

Our son attends TAMU-CC and this was the perfect spot to visit him and spend some good quality time by and on the water. Brought our Waverunner and there is a neighborhood boat ramp. Also brought our standup paddle boards and just had fun hanging out on the dock.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have been traveling to North Padre Island for several years for an annual fishing tournament and our favorite spot to stay has been at Puenta Vista! You can't beat the sunset views, fishing, the pool, and quick access to the beach and other fun beachy stuff!!!

We were intentional in creating a clean, fresh space for our guests. We want to have a shared space where others will feel the good oceanic vibes and see Laguna Madre Landing as their go to for any trip to the coast!
