Clean cute home

Home was very clean! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Very close to Walmart. Our host Annette was so nice and quick to respond. Nice to be able to bring our dogs. Loved the Yuma sunshine.

Family Trip

We came to Yuma to ride rzr in all the areas my father in law took us when he was alive. A lot of great memories of trails we used to ride. Place was great for us, place for dog to play when we got back. We accidentally left a bunch of wash cloths in bathroom drawer.

Sparkling clean!

Place was perfect, stayed at this location because it was close to Grandma's! House was sparkling clean, one thing that was my fault is there is no tvs in the bedroom, which usually I double check but I forgot this time...no biggie for most people! The beds weren't my favorite but they definitely aren't the worst. Thank you, we will definitely stay at again next time in town! A+++

Very nice stay

Great stay, very clean and comfortable place for all of those who travel to Yuma. Close enough to everything while being far enough from everything you aren’t bothered by noise. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet and there was a deputy that lived at the end of the street. Only complaint about the property was the master bath shower being clogged. Anytime I turned the water on it would pool up and I didn’t really want to stand in it which led to me and my buddies all using the same shower. Besides that though great place and I would stay again!

very cleaned and well provisioned

I have stayed in three different VRBOs in the last month. This property is very clean, well maintained, and close to amenities including Fry's and Planet Fitness. Everything works properly , and the master bed is a comfortable king size. The landscaping is typical Yuma style of gravel but very functional including a closed back yard and good BBQ. The kitchen has all the culinary tools and serving dishes etc. I only had to buy food. There was an adequate supply of paper products, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies.

Overall it was great, only thing I would say is the two bedrooms need fans, it will help with your bill keeping it cooler, but what a wonderful home you have

GPS took us to the property without issues. Outside the house was well kept. Instructions to get in the house was easy, nice check in process. The inside was well kept

Lovely and Quiet!

We wanted a peaceful place to stay while we were exploring the Imperial Dunes and this home far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were amazing at communicating and the houae was super clean and comfortable!! We will definitely be back!!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

My friend and I truly enjoyed this home. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio many times. It was comfortable out there as one could choose a shady spot or move the chair into the sun. Such a nice home with a comfy sofa in the living room and a large screen TV. Nice kitchen too. Love the Schlage lock for the front door. No key to keep track of! Thanks!!

Yuma Foothills

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. It is very close to Walmart and a few restaurants. The showers are great. There’s a nice patio in the backyard as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Yuma.
