This condo offers a queen bed in the loft and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

We always enjoy staying at the Village. This place is great. We had a couple of questions for the host. She was quick to responded and answered all the questions. We would stay here again.

This was our first visit to Traverse City. My wife and I had an excellent time, and we would stay here again. The place was just as advertised and was very clean and close to everything.

Wonderful stay 10/10 recommend

The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication with the host was exceptional. The property is very well maintained and quiet. It is a family friendly atmosphere and close to downtown TC. The unit is stocked with necessities which is a great touch. The beds are comfy and the linens are soft. The unit is very cozy and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

Asylum stay

The Village at Grand Traverse Commons is quite amazing. We really enjoyed the 3rd floor view of its red Victorian spires from this compact and elegant condo. it was decorated stylishly and was close to everything in the Commons. We had dinner at wonderful Trattoria Stella - just a few steps away. The Botanical Gardens up the hill were well worth a visit. This is a great place from which to explore Traverse City and the Leelanau Peninsula.

Cute little place

Stayed here for a night with my 5 and 6 year old boys and hubby. It was a perfect way to celebrate my 40th bday. We ate at one of our favorite restaurants, Stella, and enjoyed some time on the beach. Place was very clean and cute.

Great loft in Traverse City!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this loft in Traverse City. It is close to downtown and a convenient drive to many of the areas attractions. The loft itself is very unique and was fun to stay at!

The Commons are nothing short of Extraordinary!…

This little Hidden Gem, is nestled inside of once what was known as “The Northern Michigan Asylum” in Traverse City. “The Grand Traverse Commons” have been renovated and serves the community as a little city within the grounds. Plenty to do there, from Shopping to dining in the commons. Absolutely Beautiful Condo! Very clean and loved the added extras like Shampoo & Conditioner, makeup toilettes… etc. We will be back again, so happy we stayed!….

Anniversary Getaway

It is located at the former state hospital. Many shops and restaurants are located here so we had great food only a short walk away. This is a perfect rental.

We went to beach and downtown. Very close to everything . Commons had great restaurants and shopping . Very close to airport . Nice tiny little place for quick stop over to airport .

A great place to stay in Traverse City

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the accommodation and location--walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised.
