This inviting and airy apartment can accommodate up to six Lucky guests in Savannah’s Victorian District. The opulent touches appear in the textiles and fixtures, and bring a sense of whimsical charm to this stately home. Just steps to Forsyth Park, this impressive three-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Savannah vacation!

Stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by the warmth of rich wood accents and an abundance of natural light. Directly on your right when you enter is the living room, which features a calming blue pallet and comfortable furnishings, including a wall-mounted TV above the original fireplace that dates back to 1900. The floor to ceiling windows flood the room with an abundant amount of natural light, with views of the beautiful treelined street.

Slide back the original wood pocket doors to reveal a large bedroom with a king size bed, vintage arm chairs and a large armoire for your belongings. The original emerald green tiled mantle stands out amid bright walls, and airy window treatments. You’ll find another decorative mantel in the second bedroom along with two queen-sized beds, cheery refinished antique furniture and tall windows that add character to this cozy room. The third bedroom is equally welcoming with traditional accent tables, a comfortable lounge chair/reading nook, and a comfy Queen size bed. Adjacent to the bedrooms, two full bathrooms offer more than enough space for everyone. The first has a shower/tub combo, while the second has a spa-like walk-in shower that will make you feel like you’re at the best hotel in town.

At the back of the home, the kitchen is equipped with all of the modern conveniences to prepare home-cooked meals; a gas range, ample amount of prep space, and a large walk-in pantry. Head outside to find shared patio space that offers seating for four, and a gas grill - perfect for those summer evening cookouts!

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

Great house in amazing location

We loved our stay in this Lucky Savannah property. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen is small, but it has plenty of fridge space, and there are several cute restaurants in walking distance. The location right near the park was amazing; we got to see the SCAD art students do their sidewalk art, and there was a farmer's market on Saturday. It was perfect weather for sitting on the porch. The property was very close to several historic houses, including the Mercer-Williams House, and it was a nice walk to the downtown area, past a lot of boutiques and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely home & location

Well appointed. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Our only complaint was the street lamp shining into our window at night. They should have put darkening curtains up instead of the see through curtains. Bring your eye masks for a good night's sleep.

Great Location!

This was the perfect stop for our trip. Since we were traveling with teens, we needed a safe location where they could stroll in the city and not have to ride in cars everywhere. This was it. The house was beautiful, the porch was delightful, and the park was a 1/2 block away. We would highly recommend staying here again.

It’s time in Savannak

Save your money at this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful curb appeal and in a good location. I hate to complain, but too many factors to not. First, there is no kitchen table. They have a small table with foldable chairs you can use, but when you have more than 2 adults, very difficult to eat. Ohh you wanna eat outside at the picture that’s posted for a nice outside seating area, think again. The outside area, that is in the picture is next to two loud AC units, and where the trash cans are kept at, on the other side of the fence. There is no other place for the cans to go either. They smell horrific , with flys and bugs everywhere. Inside, not bad, but if you don’t take sleep aids, expect to be up all night, with how loud it is with the neighbors upstairs and street traffic. The bathrooms/ showers are okay, but the front shower, mold and probably the shower liner is disintegrating between the plastics, causing it to come out the entire time u are in there. Also, expect to take longer than expected showers due to no water pressure. I actually cleaned out the shower heads to get more flow, but it didn’t help. The biggest issue. There is no blinds, they have these white pretty much transparent shades, which provide no darkness. There is a street light on the side street , which pierces all the windows in the bedrooms. We actually use cardboard to place on the windows to provide darkness. We also bought more fans because the AC doesn’t really keep up, and they also provide some background noise. So if you plan on staying here, make sure you bring eye covers to sleep, and some fans. Oh forgot, there is also a porch light on the back, near the back door, you can’t turn this LED, the power of the sun off at all. It’s hardwired and no switch to it. Sooooo BRIGHT.

Great location

Great location and spacious unit but upon arrival we found out bed configuration we needed was not as listed! Only 1 king bed but listing said 2! Also 1 wine glass and limited other glassware! And all glassware and plates out on counter - cabinet obviously taken down or fallen but not yet replaced. Street parking was easy. Nice listing but needs a little attention form manager.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely, location fantastic & loved the front porch. If coffee had been provided for the Keurig that would’ve made the stay perfect! Overall it was a great stay in Savannah!

I would recommend and rent again.

The location is perfect. Just a few houses off from Forsyth park. You have a partial view while sitting on the front porch. I had to mark cleanliness for a reason not really in there control, but they were fast to respond and be on site to address and handled as well as one could reasonably expect, so they get bonus points for properly handling an emergency. It did take a couple days for the air conditioner to get the home cooled off. We figured out the floor vents along the exterior wall were all covered by the curtains and once we removed the obstacles began to cool the place. There is no dining room or table, so if your family likes cards or board games in the evening to wind down, you really don’t have a spot to do that. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided. I love the old feel and always happy to find the home that have not been modernized. Lovely place.

Savannah weekend getaway

The location was central and within walking distance to many restaurants and parks. The house was comfortable and clean. The only thing recommendation is to have chairs for the table outside in the backyard. There were two very small folding chairs in the washer and dryer room however, they did not accommodate my family if we wanted to sit outside to have breakfast. This would not stop me from staying there again.

The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. We went in July when it is extremely hot and would have liked the AC to go down a little lower but it was fine since we were out most of the day. All in all, was a nice place to stay.

Charming, Historical Home near Forsyth Park

We had a delightful stay at this charming rental near Forsyth Park. The historical character of the unit added to its appeal, and each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished. The common area was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The property manager was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and quick to address any issues. On our first day, when the WiFi wasn’t working, a technician promptly arrived to fix it (even close to 5:30 pm). The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, bars, historical homes, and downtown Savannah. Unfortunately, the AC unit stopped working on our last day, but luckily, there were plenty of fans to keep us comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable stay! We will return to this place.

Short weekend stay

This is a very nice property. We were only in town for a quick stay that involved a little bit of family fun. I wish we had had more time to enjoy.

Terrible Disappointment

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No air conditioning... middle of summer... Savannah, GA. Need I say more? Spent way too much of my time discussing the matter with the property team, taking away from my time to enjoy the city. Three nights and offered only one night compensation... yet they kept the tax... so not really even a full night. After a rodent scurried across my friends foot ... we were just done. We rented through Marriott, and needless to say... it’s not the caliber experience you’d expect staying with Marriott.... Or really with anyone. I highly recommend you look elsewhere... this property is overpriced, under serviced... and poorly maintained.

A true Victorian experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the home and ideal location. It was easy to walk everywhere, although there weren’t any restaurants or stores in close proximity. My friend and I loved having room to spread out especially having our own bathrooms. A couple of items need improvement for a perfect stay. There is no table to sit at and have coffee or a light meal together. There are no condiments at all, not even salt and pepper. The bedrooms need room darkening curtains as there is a very bright street light that shines directly into the two back bedrooms. Unless you can sleep in sunshine you are in trouble. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Simple fixes would make this a 5!

Loved our stay

The house is very nice, we loved sitting on the front porch. The 2 things that we didn't like was that there is no where to sit and eat. We found a card table and set it up in the living room. Which was fine. The second thing is the water pressure in the showers , it was hard to get the shampoo out of my hair and I have very thin hair. I did love that there was a shower and I didn't have to climb over a tub. But other than that we were very pleased.

Perfect Porch and Location

It was nice to be a little away from the busy historic district but still close enough to walk to the river. Perfect size for 6 great friends. And management was quick to get someone there to fix a broken door handle. Lots of towels and basic necessities were provided. One of the best parts is the porch - perfect for coffee time and cocktail time!
