Hidden behind the tree-lined street, this charming home is located between beautiful Columbia Square and Oglethorpe Avenue. While off the beaten path, you'll still be just a short stroll away from everything Historic Savannah has to offer - Bustling Broughton Street, Savannah's famous river front, City Market, and so much more.

Cozy Cottage cheerfully welcomes you to this unique property upon the moment you step inside. The main gathering room gleams with natural light, and features warm and tasteful furnishings. The living space comfortably seats your entire party, also fitted with A flat-screen TV, and original fire place that is now decorative. Stepping into to the spacious kitchen, you'll find all of the modern conveniences one could ask for! You'll also find that the kitchen is stocked with everything to prepare home-cooked meals.

Just off the kitchen, the first suite is fitted with a king size bed, and ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find the second suite which is also fitted with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub-shower combination, and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. Heading upstairs, you'll find the final bedroom that is a lofted space, and offers a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with a tub-shower combination, and plenty of natural light!

If you're looking to be just minutes from the excitement of River Street and Broughton Street, Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions, Cozy Cottage is the home for you!

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. The most difficult thing was getting the lock box open to get the door key, that was challenging to lift the lid up. Great location with so many places to see and dine all close by. The back right bedroom's bed was not very un-comfortable very hard and very squeaky. Overall a nice place to relax at after a day of sight seeing.

I’m sorry the lockbox lid was difficult to lift and that the back-right bedroom’s mattress was uncomfortable and squeaky. We’ll have the lockbox mechanism checked and entry instructions clarified, and we’ll have maintenance inspect that bed to repair or replace it as needed. House exactly as advertised. Was perfect for 3 couples with each bedroom having their own en-suite Easy walk to broughton, market and River street We used public parking garage instead of messing with parking meters 165 for our stay Would definitely rebook for next trip

Location was excellent, but the place was pretty run down. The shower didn’t drain so you were standing ankle deep in dirty water and the pedestal sink was pulling away from the wall. The bed by the kitchen was creaky and the mattress was hard as a rock. The furniture and decor was pretty dated. some easy improvements would make a huge difference in guest comfort. Parking was also a massive hassle.

Maintenance has been notified to inspect and repair the shower drain and to secure the pedestal sink. Housekeeping and maintenance will also check the bed frame and mattress and will evaluate replacement options if needed. We’ll review the furnishings and decor and prioritize updates where they will most improve guest comfort. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd stay we have had at Cozy Cottage. It is a 3bdrm,3ba which is desirable. The location is excellent. There are not alot of stairs to enter the property (only 2) which was good for us who have family with mobility issues. There are stairs to the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is big enough and has enough amenities including coffee maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Biggest complaint or feedback from our stays here is that the renovation was not done with the utmost care, and the house definitely could use a little TLC or pampering like better lighting and hooks in the bathroom. One of the kitchen cabinets doesnt even open. The AC was dripping (actually leaked but they came and addressed it). There is parking right out front (paid). Overall, definitely a cozy convenient rental and we have enjoyed our stays here.

We didn’t speak with the host directly, but every question we had was handled quickly by text and email. The home was very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to many of the nearby historical sites. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group. Overall, a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not quite sure why this house would be in your inventory. The house has not been maintained and is quite outdated. The water barely came out of the faucets and shower heads. Only positive was the location.

Getaway with mom

The cozy cottage was is a great location to be able to walk to the sites we wanted to see. It is located in a neighborhood that felt safe and was quiet at night. We loved each having our own room and bathroom. For the age of the home, it is well kept.

Girl's getaway

Cozy Cottage was perfect for our girl's getaway. Prime location to walk everywhere, never used our cars. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.Will keep in my favorites for my next trip to Savannah!

Overall a great stay!

The house is in a fantastic area and very walkable to many places. House is as listed. They only problems we had were the chain broken on the upstairs toilet (we had to rig it) and lack of water pressure when all showers are being used around the same time.

Perfect location- The cottage was clean. Unusual to find a three bedroom with three baths in downtown. On street parking was not a problem for us. Would stay at the cottage again.

It was great. Owner came to put in new air conditioner after he tried to fix it.Suggestions: Water pressure was weak; how about getting a Keurig in the kitchen? Fun time - we would go back!
