Graduation Celebration

This property appears to be newly renovated and was very beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The check-in process was very easy. The location is Central to everywhere you could want to go. As far as amenities in the property, they had everything you could want if you decide to cook at home. However, there are many wonderful restaurants and pubs in the area. I would highly recommend VZ on the River and the old pink house. Being so close to Forsyth Park was a huge bonus for anyone who enjoys outdoor and green space. I would stay at this location again without any Reservations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house very spacious with all the equipment you need. Every detail has been anticipated and you don t need to search for anything you need : every thing is here. The house is very clean , confortable with a little garden where you can have pleasure to drink something or have dinner. Bedrooms are very comfortable with very good beds and two bathrooms well equipped.mThe location is very good you can access to all the historic center by foot. There is a private parking in front of the rear of the house A supermarket is at 2 minutes by footI highly recommend this house

Friends gathered and enjoyed this property. Location is great and it is a bonus to have parking in the back. Very clean, comfortable mattresses, and a lovely back terrace.

Great place. A few minor issues. Back gate needs realigned as it would be easily broken into Light over shower in master bath is too low of wattage. Air conditioner fan upstairs ran almost continuously. Need to leave instructions for thermostat. You really need to have the sports package on your cable.

Family trip

This was a great property. Good location, a little busy on streets around the home. The condo was nice, clean and the host was so friendly and welcoming. The only issue we had was trying to watch the Arkansas football game Saturday. The TVs aren’t cast/smart capable for new apps like eapn or Hulu. The owners cable package didn’t have ESPN! We couldn’t watch our team; except on our phones.

Super clean and very well appointed. Easy to check in and close to everything. Easily 5 stars there was nothing left out. Homeowner thought of everything we would need. No big deal but maybe upgrade to basic cable. Didn’t watch a lot of tv but ESPN or CNN would be nice. Thanks again for providing a great home

Lovely home!

We were looking for space for ourselves and our 2 pups while we went house hunting in Savannah. We loved the fact that this was a lovely renovation inside with super high ceilings and an open concept. The kitchen was fabulous. The beds were super comfortable. The back patio area was fenced in and secure, and we thought that would be great for the dogs to be outside and contained. The home is literally three blocks from Forsyth Park, and 1.5 blocks to Kroger. Parking on the street was possible, but we also enjoyed a parking space in the back. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby chased us out of Savannah so we did lose two nights but better to be safe than sorry. For those who have never visited, Savannah is totally walkable and a great place to get some exercise as you’re sightseeing.

Awesome! Beautiful! Great location!

This property is spacious, cozy, and extremely well furnished. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood half a block from Kroger and only a few blocks from neighborhood restaurants. It is a short walk to Forsyth Park and everything in historic Savannah is walkable from this location. The owners provided everything we could possibly need and more in terms of appliances, toiletries, basic kitchen staples. The house was immaculate and well kept. I highly recommend this!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of just two, so had plenty of room. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park and the free trolley pick-up point. There is a grocery a few blocks away. There was only one parking spot, OK for us, but guess if you had several couples it could be an issue. There did seem to be street parking. The neighborhood looked OK if you need to park on the street. Only issue we had was that when we arrived early we called to see if it was OK to go ahead and park there, but no one ever returned our call. Other than that we had no issues and would be happy to book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Gwinnett street is loud with noisy traffic throughout the night and day. I brought ear plugs. A little too far to walk to River Street (40 minutes) so we just took an Uber. Finding street parking in front of the house was easy for our extra cars. The backyard was super cute.
