This Ocean City condo is ideally situated in a highrise building and features a spacious living area filled with comfortable furniture and a private balcony. Be sure to explore some fun on-site amenities, including a shared indoor pool and a community fitness center.
The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space the group chef will need to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy. Spend the day on the beach, then come home to let the private washer and dryer handle all that beach sand. The WiFi will make downloading an excellent playlist to your device easy, perfect for those long walks along the shoreline.
Things to Know WiFi is provided throughout the building for a fee. A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
We enjoyed staying here for the second time. Perfect and convenient although a little pricey itâs worth it. Wish they still had wifi, that was the only downside. Great hosts!
We have styed here annually for a couple of years. Some minor upgrades or enhancements each year would be very nice! One of the twin mattresses needs to be replaced.
Unaware of extra fee when checking in. Have to go to serperate address to get keyfob for checkin. Never recieved checkin email information after several attempts to reach host to recieve the info. Condo was of lower quality then the pics looked.
This location is spectacular, the building management is great, grounds are maintained, beach access is on point. The furnishings are dated, but the condo met our needs.
English Towers is on of the original condo towers of the 70s on Condo Row. The facility has been kept up to date unlike some other complexes built later
Room was great. Building very convenient. Easy loading and unloading, awesome beach access, well run building
Sofa bed was broken and not useable. AC was good in living room. Bedrooms a little warm.
Kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and some basics (spices..etc)
Overall, despite sofa bed and some minor repairs needed, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the convenience of the building!
Balcony, pool, beach chairs, loading zone with luggage carts... All made it a great stay
We were very disappointed in Vacasa regarding their information given in advance of our stay. Parking costs were not mentioned from the beginning of our reservation and at check in we were given the incorrect cost of parking!

The view if wonderful and made my 3 week stay great...sun rises are unbelievable. However, the living room carpet and couch need a thorough deep cleaning or replaced. The couch has a weird bad smell and I had to cover the couch to use it. The carpet just needs to be cleaned really bad. The unit needs a complete cleaning everywhere. But the view makes it great and the size of the unit. The kitchen is great and completely stocked. I would love to stay there next visit if it were cleaned...at least the living room carpet and couch. Again the sun rises here are unbelievable and made it great. And beach access is also the best.
The condoâs location and size were great for what we wanted. We loved being right on the ocean and having shopping and dining close. But the overall feel of the condo was dated and worn. The condo was clean but there many things needing repairs - the blinds, balcony shutters, pullout couch. The bedding was not very comfortable and the decor felt very mismatched. Because we didnât have a local number to call it didnât feel like the property management company was very responsive to issues either. When we go back to Ocean City I would stay in that building again but I would find a different condo that might be better maintained.
We knew from the photos that this unit would be dated but couldnât pass up the location and big outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. However, there were issues beyond the need for cosmetic updates. The condo smelled of cigarettes as soon as we opened the door. We are not smokers and that was terrible. Many of the lights did not work and the AC was not efficient. The bathroom tub had deep cracks in the base so you had to stand strategically off of them. It was overall pretty dirty with dirty dishes in the cabinets, the deck was filthy, but the worst was the âpersonal lubricantâ left in the bedroom. Gross. We spent the first hour just cleaning. What we couldnât fix though were the blinds in the bedroom which were just laying broken on the floor. Frustrating because a lot of this could be repaired. Just needs some TLC. Weird check in procedures having to go to pick up keys elsewhere even though we got a text saying our room was ready with a keyless code. The keys were actually fobs for the front door on the first floor. The kids were bummed that the pool was closed early, the only time we could use it. Really needs a thorough cleaning. But the view from the deck almost made up for all of this.
This property shouldnât be rented out without major repairs.
We discovered multiple issues upon arrival that included broken bed and no resolution provided inspite of sharing pictures of issues to support team! We left completely dissatisfied and back pains. Requested compensation but no resolution yet.
