Oceanfront 2 Bedrm, 2 Bath Condo à Atlantis sur la route côtière à 103rd St, Ocean City, MD avec piscine et ascenseur en bord de mer. Mise à jour de 2016 avec de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans les coins salon / salle à manger et de nouveaux tapis dans les chambres. Grand balcon face à l'océan. Granit et acier inoxydable dans la cuisine. Chambre des maîtres, avec un lit Queen et un lit complet, face à l'océan. 2ème chambre avec de nouveaux lits superposés doubles. 2e bain neuf avec douche double et tout nouveau carreau de céramique et nouvelle vanité.
Nouvelle climatisation centrale installée en 2019.

Nice place to stay near the beach

I loved the location, close to the highlights of Ocean City, restaurants, and stores. The easy beach access and beautiful pool made the trip even better. I really liked the screened in balcony with the great view . All in all, a great place for a vacation.

Great condo

Had a wonderful stay in this condo. It had everything we needed and it was nice to be so close to the beach. Beach view was great and we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the enclosed balcony. Parking was a breeze, never had an issue finding a spot.

Spacious and clean oceanfront condo

We enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect and the condo was spacious for our family of 5. The condo building also had plenty of parking and a great pool:). We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

This condo was everything I wanted! Exactly as advertised. Very clean. Check in was very simple. Location was amazing. I had to leave early for a family emergency so my vacation was cut short but I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my family. We will definitely be booking with David again. Great host and good communication

Softball Tournament

This was a perfect place for us to vacation and have our child participate in the softball tournament in Salisbury. Condo Location was central. It was easy to walk to where we needed to go at the beach. Direct Ocean view was beautiful from every room. Easy access to pool and beach. It had everything we needed! Thank you David!

Cleanliness an locks

When we arrived we tried to open the door and the lock was messed up the neighbor came over and told us the last tenant had the same problem so it must’ve been an ongoing thing and not fixed once we got in there was sand all over the floor and on the couch we called the landlord right away and told him the issues with the place and he did nothing for us!!!

Updates Needed

We enjoyed our stay, however, this is a very tired apartment in need of some modernization. Elec outlets are falling off the wall in master bedroom and are dangerous; quite a few of them don't work. Second bedroom is only an extremely small space with bed...not really a second bedroom. Great landlord, but would have preferred a cleaner and more modern condo.

Needs some general maintenance

This property was updated as described in all the major areas (kitchen, hallway bathroom, main area floors), but needs general maintenance to make the property really shine. The vent in the smaller bedroom fell out unprompted (we discovered it was being held in by masking tape), the bathtub faucet in the master comes out of the wall when you try to put it in shower mode, the microwave isn't properly anchored to the wall, the mattresses in the pullout is all old coils a d horribly uncomfortable. All of these things (and a couple more) have been reported directly to the owner. Once those items are fixed, we would definitely consider staying here again. Location was great (we could see fireworks right from the balcony!), right on the beach, nice pool, easy check in process.

This was the perfect beach location. The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was great for the kids.

Great location and property, but not clean at all

Definitely 5/5 on the property itself. Beautiful place and exactly like it was in the pictures and perfect location. But 1/5 on the cleanliness. Spent the first few hours cleaning and sanitizing everything because how filthy the whole place was. Leftover toothpaste in the sink from previous renters, hair and sand in the shower. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs all over the kitchen and balcony table and mats. You could tell the bed headboards, nightstand, and dresser hasn’t been touched in a while because our cleaning rag was covered in dust/dirt after one swipe.

We enjoyed our stay and location! The cleanliness rating is low because the cleaning service (person quit that was to do the job) did not arrive until after we did and only sanitized the necessary items.

Awesome vacation

the property was exactly what was pictured. Right off the beach. My family had a wonderful time. Its aways from the boardwalk so we had to drive to that but above all we had a great family vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
