This unit is exceptionally well maintained and shows pride of ownership. As you enter the unit, you will be in the kitchen that's complete with updated cabinetry, Corian countertops and a tile backsplash. Appliances are in great shape and ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. The living room provides a relaxing space to enjoy family time and has great views of the water from the large balcony doors. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an attached bath with a tub/shower combo that has handrails. There are ocean views from the window. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the sleeper sofa is a queen. TV's are located in the living room and the oceanfront bedroom. The hallway bath has a shower also with hand rails. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry room available to guests. Free Wi-Fi included.

Located almost right on the beach, you'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or to just get out of the sun. From the covered balcony, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and beach views while you unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in strategic mid-town Ocean City, this unit's location gives you easy access to movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, the boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, water parks, jet ski rentals and of course many of the best restaurants in Ocean City. All are just a short drive or bus ride in either direction.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
* There is an outdoor foot shower by the pool.
* This condo is on the 6th floor; the building does have an elevator
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available in the area.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 84th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
