Guests can enjoy the fresh air and lovely sunset views from the corner Gulf-facing balcony, set up with enough seating for six guests. Indoors, central air-conditioning will ensure everyone's comfortable as you relax in the living area furnished with a sofa bed. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen, featuring full-size appliances and an elegant prep table that also works as a breakfast bar for six guests. The shared gas grills will provide if you'd rather cook something with an extra sear. When your swimsuits are ready from the private washer/dryer, it's just a short walk down to the beach.

Shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
