Croatie : locations de vacances avec piscine

Nino et sa femme Rafaela sont des gens formidables. A l’arrivée pour nous, était préparer du pain, des gâteaux et un plateau de jambon du pays et du vin et de la bière, ainsi qu’un panier de légumes De leur jardin. La maison est conforme au descriptif de l’annonce, rien à dire une des meilleures locations que nous avons trouvé. A environ 20 minutes de Dubrovnik et pas loin du Monténégro et de la Bosnie. Une adresse ou allez sans se poser de questions. C'était un merveilleux point de départ pour notre voyage.

Très belle villa de plein pied "tout confort", extrêmement bien équipée et en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Nous y avons passé 15 jours en famille avec des enfants de 13 et 15 ans qui ont bien profité du baby-foot, des vélos et du trampoline. Nous avons également pu pleinement profiter du jacuzzi. La terrasse couverte offre une ombre bienvenue aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. Petit plus non négligeable : les draps de lit et serviettes de bain sont fournis. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très disponibles, tout en étant d’une grande discrétion. La maison est propre, décorée avec goût et on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi. La région vaut le détour, tant pour les visites que pour les « spots » mer et plongeons. A recommander sans hésitation!

Everything was perfect from the arrival to the departure. The house is very well situated. Just 1-2 km. from Pula and 4-5 km. from Fazana. There are plenty of nice beaches in 5-10 minutes by car. The house itself is very nice exactly as shown on the photos. Clean, well decorated and furnished. The hosts are very nice people ready to answer all your questions and help if needed. At the same time they are discret and « invisible ». The whole family enjoyed every moment there.

We have had the opportunity to stay at the house in Labin. The house is exactly what the photos are showing. It's ideally located, close to everything you could need (beaches, store, ...), and provide everything you could need to stay there. Walter is a wonderful host, he helped us to discover the area and fulfilled all our requests throughout our stay. We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to stay there. I do recommend this stay to discover the north of Croatia. It's really wonderful place !!

The house is really nice (in our top 3 of holidays locations) in a quiet village with a wonderful view from the swimming pool. Our guest, Adriana, was available and really helpful. Hopefully we will be back in the coming years :)

We have just arrived back from a fantastic holiday at villa Bane and it is hard to put into words how perfect our holiday was. We were a group of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children (aged between 6 and 13) who stayed at the Villa Bane for 2 weeks. Contact with our hosts Sanja and Ante was easy and friendly. We were welcomed with specialty Soparnik, breads, meats, cheeses fruits and juice waiting for us when we arrived. That’s a really nice touch. The villa itself is everything you could want and more - is absolutely amazing. The villa is very spacious, clean and well equipped and it met all of our high expectations. Exactly as pictured, finished to a really high standard. There are a lot of stairs since the house spreads out over four floors. This wasn't a problem for us, but good to know if you have toddler or trouble walking stairs.This means that the bedrooms are spread out over two different floors, which gives everyone a lot of space and privacy. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers! The outside area is truly amazing. The views are to die for, the swimming pool is perfect and the games room kept our kids happy whilst we were there. When we were there in early April, it was raining the first few days, but the kids were eager to get to the pool. Knowing this, the owner heated up the pool, it was really nice! The ocean is really close too, and offers lovely swims and walks along the beaches. There is a very nice restaurant in walking distance and Omis with its many restaurants and shops only 5 minutes drive away. Sanja also provided us football match tickets, traditional Peka and delicious chocolate cake! She was really helpful and was constantly at the end of the phone for any queries we had. We have already recommended this villa to our friends who want to visit Croatia, we told them that they could go there without hesitation. Do not wait to book, you will not regret it!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa qui est très agréable à vivre, spacieuse et calme. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue avec un très beau jardin. Dulio et sa famille sont des hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Ils entretiennent parfaitement la maison, le jardin et la piscine. Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait un superbe repas avec des tapas et du vin et régulièrement des fruits et légumes du jardin. La villa est particulièrement bien située en période estivale : proche de Cavtat qui est un joli village et pas trop loin de Dubrovnik où il y a beaucoup de monde. Nous recommandons fortement la villa.
