With our famous sugar sand beach right across the street, Gulf Place offers easy access to not only the beach but a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options without ever having to get in the car (Because nobody should deal with traffic on vacation!). Restaurants such as The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, La Playa and Sunrise Coffee Co are within a short walking distance and is sure to appease any appetite. Shopping such as 30A Gear, Coastal Paradise, and Islanders Coastal Outfitter offers all the beach gear and apparel you could need to make the most of your coastal getaway. Tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, corn hole, and a community green with weekly concerts (Every Sunday June 4th - August 14th, 5 - 8 PM) provides you and your family with enough entertainment to make even the hardest to please smile. Our beautifully updated Cabana 111 bungalow has all the makings of great coastal escape with a revitalizing beachy atmosphere, accented with a contemporary touch. The open living room offers plush, comfortable couches and a sleeper sofa with a large, wall mounted flat screen T.V. A fully appointed kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table offers seating for 4. A patio with four outdoor chairs and table allows you to soak in the sea breeze and sits right off the pool deck (Super convenient for storing bikes and watching the kiddos!). A king sized bed in the bedroom holds a personal wall mounted flat screen T.V., while a separate open bunk room holds two custom, built-in bunk beds.   


 


30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Cabana 111 at Gulf Place on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Cabana 111. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Steps from beach

The property was great. Only thing that could be better was the sliding door. It was very difficult to open. I would have liked to sit on the patio, but it took all i had to open the door.

Very Disappointing

We arrived to the condo and immediately noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The back door looks like they had tried to repair it and when we went to open and close it it was extremely hard to close and the door frame tries to separate from the window. Then caulk was still sticky, we had to mess with the back door just to get it to where it was able to lock due to this. There was a container full of pills that was left in the main bedroom. There was a broken vase next to it. The bottom drawer that all of this is sitting on doesn’t operate as it should. The shower head is absolutely disgusting. Along with hair and grime found throughout the condo. The closet door doesn’t function properly. The surfaces don’t look like they have been cleaned. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the condo. We contacted the rental company and they said that they would send cleaners and maintenance by the end of the day to fix and address the issues. So we packed our things back up and walked around for a couple of hours in high hopes that we would come back to a cleaned condo and everything functioning properly. We made it back to the condo about 9pm and no one had came and cleaned or fixed anything. Due to this we had to go to walmart and buy sheets, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies just so that we could comfortably stay. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of help and cleanliness that we received from the rental company. Especially after they had assured us that so

NO WIFI AND DISGUSTING APARTMENT

Dirty Dirty. NO WIFI for two days!!!!!! I will attach photos on the google page of this property managment. And make ref to the Gulf apartment 111. No one called to apologize, offer a t least a day refund or incentives with umbrella and chairs at least!!!!!!!. Apartment was ready at 1 asked if we could access early and came up with the excuse of been back to back reserved, or that maybe inspection was on the way...Oh my that guy never came. I had to send a couple of things for work and that did not happen either. Network never appeared and passcode didnt work. WORST MANAGEMENT EVER, upholstery chairs stained, bathtub would not drained first night ( only thing they fixed quick) still tub had stains. Overall CERO on cleaness.

The property was very clean and the location was amazing. Close to the beach. The only issue we had was getting the Wifi to work. We love Santa Rosa and plan to return next year.

The accommodations were perfect for a small family. The ground floor location and end unit were close to parking and easy to access for older people unable to climb stairs.

Relaxing getaway

The place and location were GREAT! Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Only a few cleanliness things I would mention would be that the shower curtain liner needs replacing and whatever the floor in the condo is cleaned with leaves a really slick and greasy residue. Other than that, the condo was beautiful and just right for the 3 of us. The location was perfect and we walked every where. The only other issue was that the access point to the beach for our condo specifically was closed due to construction. We had to use the public access point which was just right down the way, so no big deal. You'll need to use the public access regardless if you have anything you are pulling, as the private access point is ALLLL stairs! So we are thankful it wasnt much further down the way. The most beautiful beach we have been to and we will definitely be going back soon!

Wonderful first floor renovated condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It was nice to have a first floor unit for loading in and out. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch every night listening to the frogs. The unit has been updated recently with new flooring and nice furniture. The bed was really comfortable. The only negative was there was unexpected construction happening on one of the pools just outside our door with loud machinery and workers passing back and forth. But there were additional pools and the work stopped around 5p. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Would comfortably sleep a child or two with the bunks but I think 6 might be a little crowded. Everything was clean. Beach access was close by. Parking was a breeze. Would stay here again!!
