We never got in our car. We were able to walk to food and the beach the entire time and we absolutely loved it! I really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Wonderful!

We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. This was the first time in this unit, and it was perfect. Very large space with plenty of room, nice L shaped patio looking over the gulf place courtyard & shops, beautiful view of the ocean, & easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful time and the condo exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for eating, shopping and beach time and all are close, easy walks. The gulf view from the balcony is actually better than we expected.

Weekend at Gulfplace

We love 30a and have stayed in the area many times but never at Gulf place. Loved the condo, and the view from the balcony. The beach access is just across the street, sweet little coffee shops and restaurants right outside the condo, and plenty of shops and boutiques onsite. We arrived our first night just in time for sunset. Our gate access code did not work, I texted Jenny & Nickey and got an immediate response! Enjoyed our stay!

The perfect weekend

I just needed a weekend to get away and reset. This condo was perfect! The views from the wrap around deck were incredible. Close to shops and restaurants without being too loud. I’d definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean on our arrival and kitchen well equipped. So appreciate laundry facility in the condo! Bonus lots of hangers! We have stayed places where you are lucky to get 5. They have have lots of hangers! The condo is in Gulf Place. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed Shunk Gulley and The Vue. Our favourite part is being able to sit on the balcony and see the water.it is a corner unit so really the balcony wraps around. Perfect for Morning coffee or an afternoon beverage! One more reason 
a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beach!

First time

I’m sure it’s because it was new but there weren’t as many kitchen items as we’ve had and used in other smaller units. Also there were a lot of stains and scuffs on things that concerned me that I might be held responsible for. I took photos first day.

Beautiful bright condo

My family and I really loved this condo! It was very bright, clean, snd the decor was fabulous! The kitchen was open to the living area so it was easy to converse with everyone! Very roomy, and comfortable! Will stay again!
