Wonderfuk stay!

Sonya was wonderful at communicating the process of checking in and when we were having issued made it very easy for us! The place was gorgeous and very clean. Loved this place and would definitely recommend!

Exactly as pictured

The place was very clean and beautiful! Just like the pictures. I loved the roof top terrace. Hardly anyone was up there when I had gone and it was so peaceful. Sonya was great & very accommodating. Between check in instructions and check out, everything was super easy to navigate. The only problem I had was a Friday night upstairs neighbors were a little loud late at night and everyone on the street were honking their horns. But, the end was so comfy I didn’t even mind the noise.

Beautiful Experience

The Luxe property was beautiful and modern. We were close to restaurants and the local hockey rink. Which was less than a block away. The property made us feel safe and we enjoyed the beautiful view on the roof top patio.

Nice clean & modern stay

The check-in process was simple enough, it took me a minute to find the correct lockbox, but once I did all the directions were completely clear on what to do. The rental is located in the heart of Newark, NJ. It's walking distance from the Prudential Center & NJPAC. There isn't much on street parking in the area, so I would suggest anyone renting this space to inquire with the host about a parking pass. It's cheaper to purchase it along with the rental instead of paying daily, plus you're free to go in and out the parking lot as you please with the pass. The place itself is a nice modern getaway. It was clean and fully stocked with anything a couple would need for a comfortable stay. The bed is some kind of memory foam so it feels like you're sinking into it when you sleep, but it's really cozy. There's a rooftop terrace with a bunch of lounge chairs, couches and a table with seating which is perfect for getting some fresh air and sun, or even eating brunch! It's not well lit at night, but you can still see just fine, so don't let that deter you. There's also a lounge downstairs in the basement with plenty of seating as well and a pool table. The general building facilities were clean and secure. The only drawback with our stay would be that there are no kind of blackout shades or curtains in the rental, they're a bit see through because I can see through them to the other building, which potentially means anyone can see you too. It's especially a problem at night with the lights on so avoid the windows when you're indecent unless you're into that! LoL... Another thing that was a small nuisance, the rental is the first apartment right by the elevator so when people get on and off chatting, it can be annoying, but it's short lived. Overall our stay was great, 5 out 5! We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to a few friends. Last thing, but certainly not least - Ask about one of their couple's packages if you're celebrating something like a birthday, anniversary, etc. We chose the Honeymoon package and they did a fabulous job setting up the place with rose petals, balloons, a charcuterie board and wine, etc. It was so romantic!! Definitely do it for some extra razzle dazzle!! It's an additional charge, but totally worth it!
