The Ascot - Brand New Luxurious Flemington Apt

Summary:
The ultimate apartment stay. This brand new, never before lived in apartment has just been finished and boasts all the facilities you ever hoped for. From chilling out in the cinema, getting sweaty in the gym or even doing yoga in the garden, this complex has it all. It includes a common games room for the kids, BBQ area, underground car park and even communal veggie gardens. Being so close to the Flemington race course and the Showgrounds this is the perfect stay for any event close by.

The Space:
This apartment is brand new and is a modern space with a good sized balcony. Open plan living and we have provided a sofa bed to make the most out of the space. We also have the apartment directly above so make sure to enquire if you’d like a package deal for both apartments to be used.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
We keep our keys in a store for your self check in that is about 1km away.
May be most convenient for check in if you have a car with you.
Operating hours are:
Mon - Fri : 07:15 - 22:45
Sat - Sun : 08:15 - 21:45

For self check in, please be sure to collect your keys within the check in window of 3 pm - closing time of the store that day.

If you won't be able to make it before the closing time, we MAY be able to set up an alternative option for you but it is subject to availability and will cost a $50 service fee.
Please let us know in advance as much as you can if you won't be able to make the closing time.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
