The Space:
The main level comprises two bedrooms, full bathroom, a generous open plan kitchen/living area & laundry. All bed linen & bath towels are provided.

The front deck with a lovely sunny aspect enjoys sweeping, wide angle ocean views & is the perfect place to start the day. The spacious rear deck is well equipped with a gas barbecue, outdoor lounge & dining furniture. Both outdoor areas have outdoor bbq's & complement the home to ensure you can take time out to enjoy our laid back coastal vibe.

After a day of seaside adventures you can relax in the comfortable lounge area with smart tv & complimentary Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking facilities, dishwasher & all crockery, cutlery etc.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed whilst bedroom 2 contains a double bed. Both rooms offer sliding door access to the side deck. The spacious bathroom is complete with a tub & shower, with a separate WC, ensuring comfort and convenience.

The double garage with remote doors is available for guest parking and does have the added convenience of an EV charger installed for those with an electric vehicle. (EVSE system - 7kw output).

The lower level, which is fully self contained (external access only) with open plan living and dining area with smart tv, own laundry facilities & accommodates a further 2 guests. The downstairs bedroom features a split-king bed.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located just a short stroll from the sandy shores and local amenities, this holiday rental offers the perfect home base for your Tuross Head escape. Norfolk Boulevarde is a beautiful Norfolk Pine lined residential street and is aprox 600m to One Tree Beach (patrolled over summer school holidays) and aprox 450m to the Village Shops.

Getting Around:
You can easily leave your car behind and explore Tuross Head. A short walk takes you to the Village Shops and stunning beaches. Take a leisurely walk along the sealed pathway that follows the oceanfront on Tuross Boulevard, leading you directly to the village shopping centre.

Other Things to Note:
This is a double-storey home with external stairs only between the two levels.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 6 Guests.
• Refundable Guest bond/credit card pre authorisation is required
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.
• Ground floor level has external access only.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation License Agreement. This document must be completed, or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.

REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
