The Space:

This charming cottage offers a seamless living experience with its single-level design and ramp access from the rear. Bathed in natural light, it boasts a sunny aspect and a delightful garden setting.



• Outdoor Deck: A spacious, sheltered rear deck features a gas BBQ, outdoor dining set, and comfortable lounge furniture, ideal for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.

• Bedrooms: The cottage offers two bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for couples or small families.

• Bathroom: A well-appointed bathroom.

• Climate Control: Reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures year-round comfort.

• Parking: Convenient off-street covered parking is available in the double carport.

• Garden: A securely fenced and gated established back garden welcomes small pets and children, offering a safe and enjoyable outdoor space.



Guest Access:

Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway and double car port. The entire premises is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage room.



For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property.

Nunyara is perfectly positioned on the tranquil 'beach-side' of Tuross Head, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle with easy access to the stunning beaches. The area is ideal for those who love the outdoors. You can easily bring your bicycle, kayak, boat, and fishing rods to enjoy an active holiday in this beautiful part of Australia.



Getting Around:

Enjoy easy access to local amenities with pathways perfect for walking and cycling to nearby beaches and village shops. Perfect for strolls with your furry friend!



Other Things to Note:

• No Smoking or Vaping – No Party Policy

• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 4 Guests.

• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.

• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.



Please note;

• The back garden is fenced & gated - suitable for a small pet only.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.



Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.



Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Nunyara. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 



Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests. 



A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
