Coastal Tails @ Tuross Head

Summary:
This pet-friendly accommodation offers all the comforts of home, including complimentary WiFi, a cozy wood fire, and reverse cycle heating and cooling for year-round comfort. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is welcome to join your stay—just let us know at the time of booking.

The Space:
Equally suited to couples & families alike this property has good heating & cooling options, great deck & fenced back garden. Coastal Tails provides an ideal base to holiday in comfort with easy access to lakes, beaches & nearby villages & towns.

Spacious open living with air-con, wood fire & smart tv. Master bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms & a family bathroom complete the accommodation upstairs.

Fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer & 3rd wc is located downstairs. There is a tv & couch in the adjoining rumpas room which is awaiting new floor coverings.

Front gated deck has some ocean view & is well equipped with a gas bbq & outdoor dining furniture. Off-street driveway parking space for 2+ vehicles.

Guest Access:
We offer 2 options for check-in.

1 - Meet on arrival: We would be delighted to meet you @ Coastal Tails on arrival to provide a brief tour of the home & answer any questions you may have about Coastal Tails or our local area in general.

2 - Self Check-In: Coastal Tails has a key safe for 24 hour access. A code will be provided prior to arrival date.

PLEASE NOTE - THE LOWER LEVEL OF THE PROPERTY HAS SUFFERED WATER INGRESS IN RECENT STORMS. THE LOWER LEVEL LIVING SPACE CURRENTLY HAS NO FLOORING AND IS A BARE CONCRETE SLAB.

The Neighborhood:
Coastal Tails is located on the 'beach-side' of the village with nearby linked pathways leading to the shops, beach & cycle/walkway along the ocean front. There is always a pleasant stroll to be had with your furry friend.

Getting Around:
The boatshed area, cafes, shops, boat ramps & country club are all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

Other Things to Note:
• Non Smoking – No Party Policy – No Group Bookings
• Bring Your Own Beach Towels & Toiletries.
• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 8 Guests.
• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.


Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms -
Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Coastal Tails. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated at the time of booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 6 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
