Our vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best place to stay. The location of this condo is awesome. The room was spacious and clean. We have stayed at the Aqua several times over the years. I guess the only complaint that we had was the lack of communication with a severe hurricane that was moving in. We had to cut our trip short several due to the hurricane Helene.

Aqua 406 A Great Place to Vacation with ExceGulf Views

It was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The Keurig machine allowed us to have delicious coffee out on the balcony in the comfortable adirondack chairs. We were in walking distance to everything we needed for our stay. We could even walk to Pier Park for the Jazzfestival!!We definitely look forward to renting this unit again.

2024 Spring Trip

The staff called about 30 minutes of arrivals to check on us and was very friendly our entire stay. The only negative was only 2 rolls of toilet paper are furnished and Two trash bags. So bring your own. There was exterior painting on the building and a portion of one of the outdoor pools were closed. The other pool was open so it didn’t really case any issues. Nice workout room.

Aqua Unit 406 1/27 thru 2/29/24

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was recently remodeled, very clean and well maintained. Great location with excellent views of the Gulf and beach. The Aqua is conveniently located near Pier Park, Walmart, any many restaurants. Aqua parking garage is located across Front Beach Road but is connected by an enclosed bridge for easy condo access.Both Diane and Marcie were very helpful with our reservations and any requests. We would stay again at the Aqua in our future visits to PCB. Only two issues were the garage and East end of the bldg construction project and uncomfortable couch and chair in the living room.
