Nice place and good location

Only thing I didn't like was the extreme amount of codes to get on/off the property. Kind of hard when you have items in you hands going to/from beach.

The staff had to juggle alot this year with the announcement of onsite construction work & then the serious weather forecasted. Thankful our stay was not affected by hurricane Helene. Often times upon arrival you can be disappointed to find a rental to not be as described online, not with this one! The cleanliness of the unit met all expectations! It was beautiful, the bed slept well, and I have no complaints at all.I highly recommend this unit and will rent it again in the future.

Dryer broke was fixed in a couple of hours. My only true complaint was I could not get any football games lol. Wife was happy lol. Will stay again!!

Sad didn’t have beach chair rental but that was my fault for not seeing they did not come with rental. Very clean. The only negative was the washer and dryer were very noisy. Enough so we had to run while not in the condo.

Exception would be using the kiosk for parking is very lengthy, very confusing and extremely frustrating especially after a long drive. We arrived after 5pm so there was no help from the resort with the kiosk. Next time parking will be done prior to the visit. I would definitely use aqua again. BTW best beds ever. We love to go to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean so this was our first spring break experience in PCB and Aqua. We had a fantastic time. Unit 1106 was as described. It was very clean and all of the amenities that we needed were in the unit. We were very happy with this unit. Check in process was seamless. The management company was great. We didn't need them for anything, but they called to check on us the day after our arrival.Once we parked the car in the parking garage - it stayed there. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. Price was very good. The only thing is the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes very well and I couldn't get the door to open to get my clothes out of the washing machine.I waited a few hours and went back to see if the door opened and at that time it did. After that I decided to wash my clothes once I got home. Also when you close the door where the washing machine and dryer is located, the door touches the knobs of the washing machine without you knowing. Make sure you dont accidentally touch the knobs with the door when closing because it will change the cycle that you set on the washing machine. Besides that this is truly a nice condo to stay at. I will recommend to family and friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Aqua for many years and rented through VRBO. A few years back we were told we had to rent through Aqua. It has been different and not in a good way. We fly in most times and rent a car. They encourage you to register your car and print your passes before you get there. That would be great if you knew what your rental car license number would be. So if you do it after you have to use their kiosk and the charge is $40 instead of $35. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked to see if our condo was ready. It was but they wanted to charge $100.00 for early check in. I couldn’t believe it. We travel a lot and rent condos, nice condos. This is the worst! Usually Get out have coffee time with Bobo to beach condos have beach towels, none. Usually you have a starter packet or two of coffee, small dish soap, trash bag or two, enough to help you make it until you get to the store. I didn’t feel valued as a loyal customer. Therefore I won’t be in the future. Our condo was clean but I talked to others that had to have their’s recleaned. Very disappointing experience.

Cleanliness of Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo did not appear to have been cleaned well. The tile had spots on it. The furniture and carpet were not clean. We used the extra bed sheets on the furniture we sat on.
