Sun-Beach Apartment, is located 100 metres from Playa Grande and Avenida de Las Playas in Puerto del Carmen, its excellent location will allow guests to enjoy peace and quiet, but having all the services and beach area within a minute's walk.
The property is distributed on one floor, in which we find, living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, indoor terrace with barbecue and outdoor terrace. The flat has wifi.
Puerto del Carmen is located on the southeast coast of Lanzarote. It is one of the main tourist centres of the island, ten minutes away from the airport, and visited every year by many tourists who are looking for a perfect place for their holidays on the island of Lanzarote.
Puerto del Carmen lacks nothing: water sports, beautiful beaches, a variety of shops, hiking trails, flats, bicycle paths, bars and restaurants, a zoo... The offer of activities in this locality is one of the most complete on the island.
