DREAM VILLA EST UN BEAU STYLE SCANDINAVE, MAISON DE 3 CHAMBRES.

Répartie sur deux étages, cette villa dynamique est la maison idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances privées reposantes à Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.

Le premier étage comprend deux chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double confortable, de placards et d'un accès direct à sa propre terrasse. La deuxième chambre a encore deux lits simples avec placards permettant beaucoup d'espace de stockage. Les deux chambres partagent une grande salle de bains avec lavabo, baignoire et douche.

La troisième chambre est située au rez-de-chaussée avec un seul lit. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain également avec douche, toilette et lavabo.
Les serviettes de bain et de piscine sont fournies à tous les invités.

Le salon lumineux et spacieux est décoré avec goût pour votre confort et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec port USB. La villa dispose de WIFI gratuit partout.
La cuisine moderne et bien équipée comprend tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances, y compris une plaque de cuisson 4 feux, un four, un réfrigérateur congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un grille-pain et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle.

Des portes coulissantes en verre du sol au plafond mènent du confortable salon et coin cuisine à une terrasse privée avec quatre chaises longues, une table et quatre chaises. L'espace privé idéal pour profiter du soleil de l'après-midi et profiter d'un dîner en plein air.

La villa est située dans un complexe paisible avec une grande piscine commune et un solarium idéalement situé pour profiter du soleil toute la journée.

La rue principale de Puerto del Carmen se trouve à moins de cinq minutes à pied de cette fantastique maison et il y a un grand supermarché à moins de 100 mètres. L'emplacement est vraiment imbattable pour ceux qui veulent la paix et la vie privée, mais pas loin et pas une colline à marcher pour profiter de tout ce que Puerto del Carmen a à offrir.

Just returned from a week at DreamHouse. What a fantastic house, we loved it. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to the main strip. Spotlessly clean, with a terrace to sunbathe all day. Lovely quiet pool area which we had mostly to ourselves. We will definitely stay here again...

Great stay at the Dream House

The Dream House was exactly as described in the information pack. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. The patio area at the back of the house had the benefit of all day sunshine and was a great place to enjoy alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is a big spar supermarket within a five minute walk and the many bars and restaurants on the strip were only a ten minute walk away. Our hosts provided all of the necessary information prior to our arrival and responded quickly to answer any queries that we had whilst we were there. We hope to be able to return again next year.

Very spacious apartment in quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice apartment in a quiet and secure block only a short walk from the main strip. The accommodation has everything you would need with plenty of space and a large patio which catches the sun most of the day. Highly recommended.

Jeanette provided us with all details before and during our stay the apartment was just as described on the web site very clean and comfortable lovely south facing rear terrace with sunbeds table and chairs to the front was the pool a few minutes walk to the sea front with all the bars and restaurants you could need

Been to Puerto del Carmen many times and this property is one of the best we have stayed in.Beautiful apartment with everything you need to make it a home from home.Communication with host was excellent and nothing was a bother down to sorting a taxi on day of departure.Will definitely return and would highly recommend...location great !

Another fantastic stay

We stayed in Dream house for 9 days this January. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there. Jeanette is so easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. The property is really comfortable and has everything you need. The location is perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to return.

Great location and property

I recently spent eight days at this property, and I can only echo the positive feedback from other guests. The communication with the owner was outstanding—every question we had was answered promptly, and they provided plenty of helpful information ahead of our arrival.We decided to hire a car, and while parking wasn’t an issue, we honestly didn’t need it. There’s a well-stocked Spar nearby, and it’s just a short -10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars.The property itself was immaculate, offering everything we needed, including excellent WiFi and UK TV channels.The resort was surprisingly busy for January—bars and restaurants were lively, and we found ourselves eating out every evening. Most nights, we had to make a reservation because places were quite full, and without one, there was usually a short wait to be seated.Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this place!

perfect holiday rental

excellent communication with owner prior, and during holiday when required .a real home from home with everything you need .great outdoor space for lounging ,dining not that we did any of the latter .pool was quiet but same depth throughout so you would need to watch with small children .handy shop just a few minutes walf for all you need and at the main area in 10mins .

Perfect!

Lovely clean, well equipped house, just as advertised. Across the path from the communal swimming pool, although we were the only ones in there almost, for the whole week! 5 mins walk to a large Spar and ten mins walk from ‘The Strip’ with the choice of hundreds of restaurants. The owner always replied really quickly to us and even booked us a taxi to take us to the airport. A lovely break, which we hope to repeat next year. Thanks

Superb dream house

Location perfect. House spotless, all essential amenities. Pool very clean and quiet. Pool beds not comfortable, but beds on terrace of property were. Cant fault our stay. Weather exceptionally hot! So air con would have been a bonus. Could of stayed another week. Definitely will return. Jeanette very helpful.

Stayed at dream house from the 21 Dec to 1st Jan 2023 The property is extremely clean, check in was so easy. great communication with the owner. Towels and Beach Towels supplied which is great . Lovely Christmas decorations around the house . Great to have dishwasher and washing machine.Spar shop just down the road and only a few minutes walk to the strip. Would defiantly stay at this house again Marie Clancy (Ireland )

Little Gem

The first thing when we arrived that stood out was how spotlessly clean this property is, it’s well equipped and comfortable. Really nice to have a downstairs toilet, lovely kitchen comfortable beds and the patio has table, chairs and four comfortable sun beds. It’s about a five minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on the strip, and a couple of minutes walk to a well stocked spar supermarket. The owner was very quick to respond to any correspondence and even booked us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated. We will definitely use this property again as we couldn’t find fault with it. Thank you

Beautiful villa near the beach

I stayed at Jeanette’s villa for 3 weeks with various family members. The villa was very clean and had everything needed if we wanted to do our own catering. The beds were comfortable even the single bed which was mine for the duration of the stay. We had a cold first week and I had a flu type cold so Jeanette brought me extra blankets and the offer of a heater. Any questions I had were answered and dealt with quickly. Jeanette was an amazing owner and I cannot recommend this villa more highly. I am arranging my booking for next year already with her! The sea front is a 5-10 minute walk and taxis and buses are cheap. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. Liz

Dream House lives up to its name

We have stayed in Puerto del Carmen many times, but never in such lovely accommodation. The location is excellent for all amenities, close to the beach and bus stops at the top and bottom of the road depending on which direction you want to explore. The local Spar is convenient for all essentials. As others have said before the house is very clean and well appointed with a full size dishwasher and washing machine very useful for a longer stay. The nearly new sun loungers provide comfort for the late afternoon sun, although because the property faces south can be enjoyed anytime of day. The duvets on the beds were very welcome as evenings in January can be a little cool. English tv channels were a bonus too. Jeanette was a great host providing lots of information pre arrival, checking we had arrived and accessed the property and informing us of check out procedure. I can honestly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Great house in great location

House was beautiful and clean. Set in a perfect location of approximately 5-6 mins walk to main Street where all bars, shops and the beach is. We loved…. How smooth check in was… no issues at all The house itself How clean the property was The outside seating areas The pool ( most of the time- when there were no kids there) The communication from the host How near it was to everything We didn’t like… Only 1 pool gate key - it would make sense to have a code instead The shower downstairs- it needs a glass door rather than curtain and a proper adjustable shower head. The outside chairs - only 2 were ok . The other two did not hold when you sat in them and were a bit dangerous. My sister fell out of one . The pool chairs over beside the pool. It was not always possible to get a seat with an adjustable back and they were extremely uncomfortable. It would be great if the host invested in some chairs for the pool like other residents have done. Overall we loved the house and the area. I hope you appreciate the honest feedback. I would definitely recommend the house to friends and family. Thank you Roisin

Fabulous property

Property as described and communication with owner excellent. Terrace with 4 comfortable loungers gets sun first thing and is sheltered from breeze. There is also a table and chairs provided on the terrace. The pool is directly opposite the property and the Spar supermarket is nearby. Avenida de Playas is a ten minute walk away where you there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The property provides everything that you could possibly need for self catering although apart from toast at breakfast we went out for lunch and dinner. Beds very comfortable. Thanks to Jeanette for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
