THE LOCATION


Villetta Chiarello is located in Corsano, a small village in South Salento served by the main commercial activities, 2 km from the beautiful Adriatic coast and about 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, full of suggestive landscapes, inlets, cliffs overlooking the sea and caves marine to visit.

The neighboring area is part of the Costa Otranto S.M.di Leuca Regional Natural Park, a protected natural area that aims to keep and recover animal and plant species and safeguard environmental sustainability



THE HOUSE


Villetta Chiarello has a house of about 60 m2, on a plot of about 450 m2.

The house is air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi internet connection, and consists of:

- a living room with a dining table, a complete and equipped kitchenette with an electric oven and a relaxation corner with a sofa and TV;
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed (with an extra single bed) and a double bedroom with bunk beds;
- full bathroom with shower and washing machine.


OUTDOOR SPACE AND PRIVATE GARDEN


The outdoor space (completely fenced) is organized to spend pleasant moments outdoors (even for pets).

There is a comfortable veranda covered by a wooden canopy, equipped with a table and a barbecue area (stone bbq), ideal for organizing tasty barbecues. Also available are a couple of sun loungers, a hammock and other seats to relax comfortably in contact with nature.

Furthermore, on the back of the veranda there is an outdoor shower, and a beautiful garden with an organic vegetable garden also available for the guests.

Finally, the property has an enclosed outdoor parking.

Villetta Chiarello is located in a charming rural area, full of paths and country roads, ideal for pleasant walks, sporting activities or trekking.

Even the "Tratturi" are among the elements that characterize the surrounding landscape. These are ancient communication routes that made it possible to connect the coast and the inland towns, such as "Le Vie Del Sale" or the "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" which connects Marina di Novaglie to the bridge of Ciolo.

The closest beaches that we recommend are:

- Marina di Guardiola, set in the wild nature and in the rocks that overlook a crystalline sea;
- the bay of Marina di Novaglie full of remarkably beautiful sea caves and well served by restaurants, pizzerias, cafe by the sea;
- Marina Serra, about 7 km away, with its natural pool one of the most loved places by tourists but also by locals;
- the Ponte del Ciolo, one of the most photographed coves in Salento, located along the coast road about 5 km from the villa (also home to the famous luxury club "Gibo'");
- Santa Maria di Leuca, about 9 km away, with its beautiful nineteenth-century villas, the monumental waterfall, the Basilica sanctuary of Finibus Terrae with its lighthouse, the promenade, the restaurants, the beaches and other interesting points of interest to visit;
- Pescoluse (also known as the Maldives of Salento) about 16 km away, to meet the beautiful sandy beaches of the Ionian coast.
