THE LOCATION

Villetta Chiarello is located in Corsano, a small village in South Salento, equipped with essential services. It is 2 km from the stunning Adriatic coast and approximately 12 km from Santa Maria di Leuca, a place filled with breathtaking landscapes, inlets, cliffs overlooking the sea, and caves to explore.

The surrounding area is part of the Costa Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Natural Park, a protected zone focused on conserving wildlife and plant species while promoting environmental sustainability.


THE HOUSE

Villetta Chiarello is a 60 m² house situated on a 450 m² plot. The house is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access. It consists of:

- A living room with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric oven, and a relaxation corner with a sofa and TV.
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (and an additional single bed) and the other with bunk beds.
- A full bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

OUTDOOR SPACE WITH POOL AND PRIVATE GARDEN

The outdoor space, which is fully fenced, is designed for relaxing moments in nature, even for pets. It includes:

- Intex Pool (5,00 x 2,50 x 1,22 meters) a novelty for 2025, which will offer an additional opportunity to enjoy and relax in total privacy.
- A comfortable veranda with a wooden canopy, furnished with a table and a gas barbecue area, perfect for organizing enjoyable barbecues.
- Sun loungers, a hammock, and additional seating for relaxation.
- An outdoor shower at the back of the veranda, and a beautiful fenced garden.
- Enclosed outdoor parking.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed).
