La propriété se compose d'une maison principale, d'un pool house adjacent et d'une suite séparée de deux chambres.

4 chambres ont la commodité d'avoir leur propre salle de bain complète, et l'accès par entrée séparée assurant que chaque invité aura une expérience privée et confortable. La maison principale a 1 chambre à coucher principale avec lit King Size, salle de bains avec baignoire complète.

7 ans + "Les enfants matures s'il vous plaît" Les enfants de moins de 14 ans ne sont pas autorisés à rester dans le pool house et doivent être accompagnés par un adulte à la piscine en tout temps. Nous n'autorisons pas les grandes fêtes ou rassemblements sur cette propriété. Seul un invité enregistré peut utiliser la maison.

Il y a une 5ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux qui est connecté à la salle de bain principale / chambre à coucher principale. Il n'y a pas de vie privée entre les 2 chambres et la salle de bain. Ceci est censé être une salle d'enfants que les parents ne dérange pas de partager l'espace avec.

La suite d'invité a 1 chambre à coucher d'invité avec un lit de taille de roi et 1 chambre d'invité avec un lit de reine taille. Les deux ont une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche.

La maison de piscine adjacente a une entrée séparée et une terrasse de patio, et dort 2 avec un canapé-lit très confortable de taille queen, douche / salle de bain privée.

Il y a une salle d'eau située dans la maison principale.

PAS PLUS DE 8 PERSONNES PEUVENT DORMIR à la maison selon le contrat de location. AU PLUS DE 12 PERSONNES PEUVENT ÊTRE PRÉSENTES à la maison et si non respectées seront considérées en violation de notre accord.

PAS DE VERRERIE EXTÉRIEURE - Y COMPRIS LES BOUTEILLES DE BIERE ET DE VIN. Acrylique et plastique sont disponibles dans la cuisine pour une utilisation extérieure. Ne pas manger à l'intérieur de la piscine / spa. Drainant et nettoyant la piscine / spa en raison de la nourriture ou du verre, le dépôt de garantie sera retenu et vous devrez payer des frais supplémentaires pour l'entretien de la piscine.

PAS DE FONCTIONNEMENT DANS LA ZONE PISCINE / SPA. La zone en béton autour de la piscine peut être glissante. Une surveillance d'adulte est exigée à TOUTES LES TEMPS quand les enfants sont présents dans et autour de la piscine. Avant d'utiliser la piscine / spa, l'exonération de responsabilité doit être convenue lors de l'acceptation des termes et conditions de location.

Beautiful property!

Beautifully designed home on a stunning property. Property has everything one could want. Wonderful to have several options for accommodations-the barn and guest house, so perfect for our family with adult children and partners to have their own space. Such wonderful outdoor space and views--particularily fun to use the Pickleball court! House manager, Loren, was so helpful and responsive for any questions we had, as well as very helpful arrival instructions. The property is very convenient to the charming downtown Healdsburg, as well as many wineries. A perfect getaway location!

Fantastic views and home with easy access to everything

The house is stunning with so many wonderful amenities. But the views are incredible. A marvelous get away spot to unplug and relax but still have easy access to the charming town of Healdsburg, great restaurants and fabulous wineries and activities. Our whole family loved it.

Wonderful property

My family (5 kids-14, 14, 15, 18, 19) had a wonderful time at this property. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and very quiet and secluded. We loved the fact that we could spread out across the 4 buildings so my wife and I had a house, the girls shared a house and the boys each had a house. Worked out very nicely. We played pickle ball, bocce ball, and ping pong almost every day and also enjoyed the basketball and of course, the swimming pool and spa. The house is close to Healdsburg and was very convenient to get around to attractions in the area. We loved our time on the property. Thank you!

Amazing wine country property

This beautiful property was perfect for our group of five couples. The views and amenities were fantastic, including swimming pool, pickle ball and bocce courts (which we put to good use!) Location was fabulous. Less than 15 minutes to the Healdsburg town square and great access to wineries. Kitchen was well stocked. Sleeping accommodations worked for us, with one master in main house, two bedrooms with en-suite bath in guest house, one bed in pool house and separate “barn apartment” with bed, bathroom and kitchen. Property manager (Loren) was extremely accessible and responsive. Property lists laundry facilities (washer and dryer), but we did not see those (not a big deal since our stay was only 5 nights). Highly recommend this property!

Everything about this property was perfect. The property manager was ALWAYS available for questions, and checking to make sure we were comfortable. The location looked remote, but so close to town. With multiple buildings, we had plenty of room to spread out, and all decorated beautifully. These four couples will definitely be back.

Wine country getaway

This is a beautiful home in the vineyards within easy access of Healdsburg. The outdoor area is gorgeous and the hot tub and pool were really enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped in the main home which also has a magnificent primary suite. The second building has two ensuite bedrooms. The pool house has a 4th sofa bed which we found perfectly comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Healdsburg Stunner!

The property is absolutely stunning! Private and quiet with many different views to enjoy during the day. Hills, vineyards and oak trees all around make it spectacular for sunrise or sunset. The house decor is beautiful yet livable with a lot of sturdy neutral finishes. I was fascinated by their choice of wallpaper and art that all seemed to work together in a very unique way. Children and adults enjoyed the multiple alcoves in the rooms and there were many comfortable areas to congregate in. Loren communicated promptly and accurately which made the process easy. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Property

I grew up locally and wanted to return to Sonoma County for a true vacation. We could not have selected a better spot. Every part of this property is magic. We spent almost the entire time outside enjoying the many sitting areas, each one with a different vista. You are truly never without an amazing view. Main House: has a kitchen that wasn’t missing anything to cook. Great gourmet appliances. Main bedroom is huge and beautiful- only hard part was the incredibly gorgeous bathroom does not have a door between the bedroom and bath. The claw footed bathtub was a real treat. Beyond the bathroom is a room that two twin beds, perfect if you have small children and want them to be with you in main house. Rest of main house is fabulous, including a play room for kids. 2nd house- two en-suite rooms with several little alcoves with beds. Again, good for kids. 2nd house has sitting area with fridge and coffee maker. Pool house- has sleeper sofa, fridge and coffee maker. House is perfect for three couples in first and second house as each space is private. Pool and hot tub were great with ample seating and lounging opportunity. Bocce ball court was so fun! Well lit at night and great seating area. Outdoor eating area was the best! Great grill area with sink. Happy hour seating in wonderful cushioned seats and a huge long table able to seat many! We enjoyed coffee in the morning in Adirondack chairs overlooking the vineyards in front. Evenings in the back with our choice of venues. Management was super helpful and courteous. We look forward to returning!

A perfect home base right outside Healdsburg, with lovely ownership / management, and a gorgeous setting and property. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to travel there again soon!

Gorgeous oasis in Sonoma County

The setting is spectacular! Gorgeous views all around of Sonoma county. Quiet and peaceful and surrounded by nature, but minutes away from Healdsburg, the food and wine capital of Sonoma County. The house was beautiful-- a totally renovated farmhouse with every possible amenity, and decorated tastefully (Architectural Digest standards) but all very comfortable. The outdoor living space is wonderful and whether you are in the hammock reading a book, in the hot tub looking up at the stars, watching all the birds on the lavender, or cooking on the outdoor grill, you will be content.

Perfect wine country getaway

This place was really great. We had 4 couples and the rooms were spread out so everyone had privacy but we could all come together in the main house. The house was really close to down town Healdsburg but felt so secluded. We had a an excellent time here

Stunning home, amazing views and great location

Photos don’t even do it justice. Most beautiful home. We had a fantastic time. We were two families and one grandparent and it was heavenly. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time cooling off in the afternoon.The short distance into town meant we could really enjoy Healdsburg and the great restaurants (and ice cream). It was our first time to Sonoma and this was a great spot from which to do great day trips (Armstrong redwood forest, kayaking on Russian river, goat rock beach and bodega bay not to mention the wineries). The house itself had everything we could need - super comfortable and modern. We loved the outdoor dining area. If we had to give one complaint at all it would be that the showers in the guest house are very short for the tall men and women in our group! The property manager was extremely responsive to any questions we had during the week but honestly we didn’t even need to ask much and had no issues at all. Incredible time. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home. Memories of a lifetime.

Heaven in Healdsburg

Loved our stay in Healdsburg at this lovely home. Wonderful spaces inside and out. Our 3 families were all comfortable with plenty of privacy. Great kitchen and communal spaces. Pool is glorious as are the grounds. Jason, the property manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. From the first inquiry through the rental, he was friendly, quick to reply, and great to work with. Location can't be beat. Close to town and easy to get to. We hope to return! Amazing decor! Awesome amenities!

This home is nothing short of spectacular! The owners/designers have created an award-winning masterpiece in this glorious getaway! Every finish deserves attention. I could go on and on... we will definitely be back! Picturesque landscape and property! A dream!!!
