COUNTRY PROPERTY: The property is set on a forested hillside, home to a variety of critters including spiders, ants, wasps, lizards, deer, and gophers. Guests should embrace the country environment with awareness and respect for local wildlife, and watch for gopher holes to avoid trips or falls.

The property is NONSMOKING, and has a strict NO PET policy due to the health and allergies of the owners.
