Valley Lane est un luxe, grande maison confortable dans un superbe cadre paisible, idéal pour votre rencontres familiales ou des retraites de groupe. Il a de beaux jardins luxuriants, avec des fleurs, des légumes, des herbes et des fruits que vous pouvez récolter et utiliser. Ce sont les enfants très sympathique pour les familles et peut également être configuré avec pour les couples ou pour les retraites. (6 chambres à coucher - l'une est une chambre pass-through - s'il vous plaît nous contacter pour un lit diagrammes de clarifier les dispositions).

Perfect rustic retreat

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything that was advertised and was a great place for a 30 year college reunion. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, relaxing and absolutely perfect!

We loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. The game room was also a big hit with our crew. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out so everyone had the ability to enjoy some downtime.

Beautiful home that left nothing to be desired

The property is stunning, the house has everything you need, the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget required for a gourmet meal. The pool was amazing to have, the hot tub was a killer, the outdoor space was stunning. All in all an incredible experience. The costs do start to add up with pool heating, dogs, etc. so make sure to read the listing in its entirety before committing. The host was very communicative and respectful. Highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful

Wonderful house exactly as advertised, with very attentive owner and property manager. House is perfect for a retreat or reunion. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen (so many VRBOs assume their guests eat TV dinners and pizza) and the edible garden, making this a chef's paradise!

Ladies Wine Trip

There were 12 of us staying at the property. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and well stocked. The common area was great, as we could all hang out together. We had an amazing time and plan on returning next year for Winter Wineland. Would definitely choose to stay here again. David was always quick to respond any time I reached out to him with a question. Very nice and professional. Thank you!

Our family has stayed at Valley Lane before and the host David is always a pleasure to work with. So friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it rained a few days out of the week we were there but we still had a great time: cooking, playing board, poo, shuffle board, board games and just spemding time together. We had requested that they heat the pool,so glad we did!It was perfect. We also enjoyed the fruit trees, and vegetable garden.Fresh apples, figs,cherry tomatoes, kale, strawberries, grapes on the vine!Phone reception is spotty but we were all together, so we didnt care!Definately recommend Valley Lane for relaxing get away.Thank you David for everything!The Castellucci Family

Plenty of room and surrounded by beauty.

This place has everything anyone can need. Everything.So many beds. The dormitory section is great for the kids. Bedrooms are large and well appointed.Fruit trees surrounding the property. Tons of tomatoes that we all enjoyed.ADavid answers any questions within minutes. Thank you David.

Beautiful house and surrounding gardens. The property really is equipped with everything we could have needed. Hot tub, pool table, and comfortable beds were some of our favorite things. The only downsides are that the neighboring properties are very close and were doing construction on two sides of the house for most of the time we were there, so being outside was not as peaceful as we’d hoped (especially since no outdoor music is allowed). It would also be great to have some screens on windows or more info on how to adjust temperature in the house. Still glad we got to spend some fun time in Guerneville with Armstrong Woods & town 3-5 minutes away.

Quiet, relaxing retreat in the redwoods

We found this home to be the perfect spot for our gathering with a group of 40 year old women. The house was clean and stocked with supplies and had plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably as well as have alone moments as needed for phone calls or reading. We were able to pay extra for the pool to be heated and for late checkout. We really enjoyed the proximity to hiking in the redwoods at Armstrong Woods, having dinner catered by a local chef at Quiche & Carry, and a visit from a masseuse. The manager is very strict with the rules but we had no problem following them.

Wonderful getaway with family and friends

Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!

Great house with amenities

I stayed in this house with my fiancée and ten friends, and it was perfect! The house's interior is very nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The front and back yards are gorgeous with fruit trees / vegetable plants (that guests are allowed to eat while staying there), places to quietly sit and read, a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics - we cooked all our dinners at the house - and there are both indoor and outdoor tables that comfortably seat 12 people. It's in a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Armstrong Redwood State Park and downtown Guerneville. David was very nice and quick to answer my questions while we were preparing for the trip. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in the Russian River area!

Perfect house for a large group weekend getaway!

We loved staying at David's property! It's well maintained and easy to find / settle into. There are spaces for 12 adults to sleep comfortably including lots of extra sheets and towels. The hot tub was a great touch on a slightly cool day, and the house's proximity to both parks and wineries couldn't be beat. The kitchen was super well stocked other than a few cooking staples (but we left our oil and seasonings behind for whoever is up next!) but that wasn't a major problem at all. David was communicative and accommodating as well, which was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Chuck & Sara grew up outside of New York City, went to Yale and Cornell, and raised their families in Sonoma County.

We have a large family with nine children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We bought this house so we could all be together and relax and visit, and enjoy the river, the woods, the ocean and the gardens. We love it.

Proximity to so many healthy activities, beautiful forest, great swimming pool, tennis and golf nearby. Our adult children and our grandchildren love to come.
