Hi Benjamin. Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the pool heater, dishwasher, and other amenities, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we do our best to honor every guest’s request, we must also adhere to our cancellation policies, which unfortunately limited our options in this case. That said, we have since updated the listing to more accurately reflect the current amenities in the home, and a partial refund was issued as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we’re using your feedback to improve both communication and accuracy for future guests. We're glad you enjoyed the beauty of the area and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Thank you for your detailed feedback, Daniel. We’re glad you appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms and the neighborhood. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Regarding the hot tub, we’ve looked into the chlorine levels, and we’ve also addressed the water temperature in the master bath. We appreciate your suggestion for extra supplies, and we’ll consider adding more garbage bags and paper towels for future guests. We understand the inconvenience caused by the power outage, and while we do not have control over local power interruptions, we’ll certainly review options for backup power. We’ll also make sure your feedback about the staircase and utensils is passed along for improvement. We hope to host you again in the future for a more seamless experience.
