- The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $300/day with a 2-day minimum, as the cost of propane is significant. Please note that it is only available from early April to late September

The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property.
