This private mid-century home, complete with pool, putting green, and fire feature, offers style and comfort, perfect for relaxing with friends or for multigenerational vacations!
OUTDOORS
This property boasts a private yard with a pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the California sunshine. There's a six-person patio dining table which is perfect for lunch, breakfast, or dinner. On cooler evenings, you can relax with a glass of wine next to the fire table. For warmer days, the yard provides covered seating and dining for guests. You can also BBQ with your friends and loved ones. It's the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and warm weather.

INDOORS
The formal living area has a comfortable sectional sofa and a large 65-inch Smart TV with AppleTV for watching your favorite shows or movies. The dining table seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes, a coffee maker, and utensils, fully stocked with all of the necessary amenities and more! A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage, along with free weights and some workout equipment. Up to 4 vehicles can park in the long driveway. The well-equipped garage is unavailable for car parking.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
When it's time to rest, the main bedroom beckons with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a spacious closet, a ceiling fan, and a 42-inch TV. The second guest room is perfect for teens, tots or four more friends, with two twin-size bunk beds, a closet, and a ceiling fan. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom located in close proximity in the hallway.

POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
