We totally enjoyed our family stay in your lovely home. It was spacious, clean, well appointed with extra bedding and updated kitchen with all the pots and pans, serving dishes and utensils we needed to prepare our Christmas feast. Thank you!

Great Get Away in the Desert

Staying at Bobby's property was a pleasure. Clean, neat, we'll equipped and lovely golf course views. Loved the firepit as it was quite cool for mid February. I would certainly rent it again.

Great location with lovely views!

This was a great landing pad for a family reunion we had in town. We stayed here with two other couples, and we were all very comfortable. The house was clean, lots of kitchen amenities, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean, updated bathrooms. The patio was nice with great views of the mountains and golf course. Quite neighborhood and a great place to stay. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful home

The house was able to easily accommodate the eight of us with no problems. It was so clean and comfortable. We had no problems at all and the owner was easy to reach for checkout. Would definitely come back for another visit.

Palm Desert

Our group of 6 ladies had a fabulous time! Our host was very prompt answering a few last minute questions. The property was in a great location for shopping and the pools were a wonderful way to relax afterwards! Would highly recommend it.

Fabulous stay

Bobby, our host, was great start to finish. Easy checking. House easily accommodated 4 adults & a5 yr old plus. Our small dog. Nice west facing patio overlooking a fairway. Only issue was cold damp weather. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

The condo was perfect but I want to mention the quality of the sheets which were very worn and would have expected better. Also, the fireplace was exposed and didn’t seem usable and dangerous for children.

Fantastic spot in Palm Desert

I would highly recommend this property!! We recently stayed for five days and the property had everything we were looking for - access to tennis, a central location and a well-appointed property. When we arrived, the property was stocked with the essentials (dish soap, paper towel, shampoo, etc) so we didn't need to make another trip to the store. We reached out with a few questions about amenities in the resort and he responded within the hour. Incredible customer service! Check-in and check-out process was seamless. One of the best VRBO's stays I've had in Palm Springs.

Fantastic property with new roof

Overall the property was 5 star. Unfortunately the association was reroofing and we hit the wrong weekend as the roofers worked weekends. While daytime use of unit & patio was limited, the pool facilities were great as was the owner. Bobby was very apologetic and offered a full refund which wasn’t fair. He worked with us and we agreed on an adjustment. I would readily go back as both unit and owner are 5 star.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property with very nice and spacious accommodations. The home was well furnished and very comfortable. The patio is quite lovely overlooking one of the holes, very peaceful and relaxing. There are two pools that are just down the street, and the property has 30 or so pools for your use. Monterey Country Club is conveniently located and very close to the shops at El Paseo, the River, McCallum theater, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. If you want to play golf, tennis, bocce ball, or pickleball, you will need to complete an application for a tenant pass a few days before your arrival to allow time for processing. There is a 25 fee for the pass plus all the other applicable fees. If you do not pick up the pass, you will not be charged the 25 fee, but completing the application gives you the option to use the facilities. Lastly, the owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Short, sweet, family reunion

Stayed at the property with my adult sisters and parents. Property was conveniently located and provided a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee and conversation. 3rd bedroom has ample options for kids, but probably a bit too cozy for multiple adults.

Solid place - clean and as advertised. Really nice golf course views from the back patio. Enjoyed the athletic center but watch for summer hours if there in May 1 onward. Bobby super to work with -- responsive and reasonable at every turn. Proceed with confidence.

Roomy place with an awesome view

This is a wonderful place to stay with a peaceful view. There was plenty of room to unwind. The bunkbed was a hit with the kids and the patio was great. It was far enough from the fairway and golfers where you weren’t going to get hit by a ball or feel like your disrupting them! We will be back!

Great Cozy Place in Palm Desert

We stayed 3 nights and were really happy with the cleanliness upon arrival. Bathrooms were updated and kitchen was well stocked for 3 night stay. Great location on the golf course and pretty view with BBQ and fire pit. The location is ideal for Palm Desert - close to El Paseo shops and grocery stores. Gated community with country club access. We would like to rent again in the future.
