This beautiful home boasts a south-facing backyard that provides a wide range of comforts. You can cool off in the pool on warmer days, or warm up in the spa on cooler nights. The backyard also has a screened patio with a dining table for four, comfortable sectional seating, and an outdoor fireplace. For those who enjoy grilling, a four-burner propane BBQ is available.

INDOORS
Welcome to a charming California bungalow. The living room offers ample seating and a dining table accommodating six people. Connected to the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for your meal preparation. The TV room features a 60-inch Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite shows, and movies or cheer on your team. Adjacent to the TV room is a flexible space that features a work desk and a pull-out sofa for overnight guests. The property also has a one-car garage and a full-size washer and dryer.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom is quite spacious and comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a 46-inch SmartTV, a closet, and a king-size bed. The attached bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a single vanity. The guest room, on the other hand, features a queen-size bed, a 42-inch SmartTV, a walk-in closet, nightstands, and a ceiling fan. The guest room shares a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.
