Step outside to a beautiful patio overlooking the golf course and mountain views for late afternoon relaxation. The house The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ offer all you need to cook up a meal for your friends and family to feast on! Plenty of community pools and fun times to be had at the Club House where you can enjoy drinks and fabulous meals! Wanna get out? Not a problem, we are just minutes away from fabulous golf courses, shopping at El Paseo and plenty of outdoors activities for everyone to enjoy.
The house offers plenty of space for a family getaway, or a week end amongst friends, with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen size sofa bed in the living room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The master bedroom features King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk in shower and dual vanities. The den features a Queen size bed and access to a relaxing atrium and attached bathroom. The 2nd guest room features 2 Twin Beds with the bathroom across the hallway. The living room sofa bed offers a queen size extra sleeping arrangement. All bedrooms offer plenty of closet and storage place

PATIO: The patio is perfect for BBQ and dining, entertaining friends and family, or lounging around the firepit

INDOOR: Open living area features plenty of sitting arrangement for you and friends to relax by the fireplace. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably. The living room features a Smart TV w/ Cable Service and comfy sofa bed.

KITCHEN: The equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed. Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. It offers a direct access to the patio BBQ area.

POOLS: there are several community pools, with one directly across from this home; each with an accompanying hot-tub. You’re welcome to use any of the pools in this community. All the pools are heated from November through April.

TELEVISIONS: there are TVs in each bedroom, and a larger TV in the living room. Every TV includes local cable and free HBO Max and Showtimes, plus they are all Roku enabled, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming channels.

COUNTRY CLUB: As a registered guest, you will have access to the Club House bar and dining.

SECURITY: the home is located within the Monterey Country Club, a gated country club resort and community. The gated community has a guarded entrance and constant roaming patrol, for your safety and protection.

GUEST ACCESS: The entire house is yours for the entire duration of your stay, plus you have free access to the community pools/hot-tubs. The home is in a gated community where you and your listed guests will have unlimited entry/exit access 24/7.

KEEP IN MIND:
** Palm Desert has a strict no party house policy for vacation rentals. Guests who ignore this rule will be fined by the city and evicted without refund.**

No pets are not allowed. Any signs of pets being in the property will forfeit the deposit
