This stylishly furnished pet friendly home is spacious and luxurious, with amazing views of the fairways. Located within the gated community of the Monterey Country Club, the recently renovated house boasts high ceilings with an expansive living room, separate dining room, spacious kitchen, 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra separate den/bedroom with a queen sized sofa bed. The house has all the necessary amenities from plush bed linens to a fully stocked kitchen to bath towels/toiletries and more.
PATIO: there is a large patio facing the golf course fairway, perfect for BBQ and dining, entertaining friends and family, or for lounging with a cocktail while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
KITCHEN: the spacious kitchen has all new appliances, is well-stocked with everything you will need to cook, and has direct access to the patio BBQ area.
POOLS: there are several community pools, with one directly across from this home; each with an accompanying hot-tub. Youâre welcome to use any of the pools in this community. All the pools are heated from November through April.
TELEVISIONS: there are new TVs in each bedroom, and a larger TV in the living room. Every TV includes local cable and free HBO Max and Showtimes, plus they are all Roku enabled, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other streaming channels.
BICYCLES: there are two new electra cruiser bikes in the garage, ready for your enjoyment. The bikes are very comfortable whether you go on a casual ride within the gated community or you venture out to the many local attractions.
COUNTRY CLUB: we have a full membership to the Monterey Country Club and as guests of the house, you may enjoy the following club amenities, for a fee: Golf Course, Practice Range, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball and the Gym. In addition, the following are free to access, once you have registered as a tenant guest: the Club House, Club Pool, and Club Dining (including the Restaurant and Poolside Cafe). We also have reciprocity with the Palm Valley Country Club and their facilities.
SECURITY: the home is located within the Monterey Country Club, a gated country club resort and community. The gated community has a guarded entrance and constant roaming patrol, for your safety and protection.
INFANTS: of course, infants are welcome, and we do have certain infant/toddler amenities including a portable crib, a high chair, and play pen.
PETS: we consider your pet(s) like a member of the family. We allow up to two pets (including service animals) for a one time pet fee of $75, plus the home is equipped with a dog bed, pet bowels, and doggie bags.
OTHER: the home has laundry (washer, dryer and detergents); safety equipment (fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke/CO alarms); rich bedroom linens, blankets, bathroom towels/toiletries, plus bath and pool towels.
GUEST ACCESS: The entire house is yours for the entire duration of your stay, with its patio and lawns, plus you have free access to the community pools/hot-tubs. The home is in a gated community where you and your listed guests will have unlimited entry/exit access 24/7.
